I stayed in this hotel for ten days. Here are the positives: - very central (10min walk to the old town) - the SPA area is very well cared for, and I was often alone there (!) - I took one of the cheapest rooms, but it was really comfortable - I haven't heard a noise from the neighbors in ten days, and everything's peaceful.

In ten days, here's what I didn't like: - I took a room with a bathtub. It was very spacious (!), but really not easy to get into. I don't recommend it for people with reduced mobility. - I didn't try the bar, but I hardly saw anyone there. And I found the atmosphere very cold. - the staff at reception are cold. But I think that's usual in Estonian shops.

- The SPA is not big, but very comfortable. No staff and easy access - Chocolate break from 5 to 6 is great. - The hotel is fresh, and so are the rooms. - Beautiful restaurant and breakfast space

- There is no door to the bathroom, instead there are sliding doors from the closet, they are not airtight and create discomfort. Bad design decision. My advice: replace the doors with regular ones. - Care products (soaps, lotions, gels) with an unusual smell. Most visitors will not like this smell. My advice: change your care products.

The pluses: a good breakfast, a good sized bathroom, lots of storage and a great bed. The chocolate hour, now at 4 pm, was a good thing although the first day was kind of light on actual chocolate. It is in a quiet area.

The gym really shouldn't count as a gym. There is one bike and about four stations packed into a tiny space. It seems like it was added to just make sure a checkmarkt is ticked. They should either renovate a new space or at least inform guests of an option to buy a pass at the gym a few hundred meters away. I've stayed at Movenpicks that I've enjoyed way more. I'd probably chose a different location for toursim.

Amazing good quality breakfast. The room is comfortable and excellent. The location exceeds expectations. Close to all the main places in Tallinn. The chocolate hour was a great bonus.

The design of a bathroom with a toilet (where a person can be seen) is not very intimate.

I strongly believe that the word perfection is the only one that can truly describe Hotel Mövenpick in Tallinn. The location is just perfect, and the lobby, spa, restaurants, and breakfast are all fabulous. But above everything else—the rooms are simply outstanding. The room itself feels like a piece of art. Everything is in the right place, the overall design is magical, and the bed guarantees long, restful sleep. The minibar and comfortable armchairs are absolutely perfect, and the bathroom feels like one you’d find in a palace. This was my fourth visit to Tallinn, but now I’ve found my permanent place to stay. Look no further—and don’t forget to enjoy the chocolate hour every afternoon!

I have nothing that I did not like and the only comment that I would make is to increase the variety of bread at breakfast

This was my second time staying at the Mövenpick, and without a doubt it is the best hotel in Tallinn. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the breakfast is outstanding with the finest selection from the region, and the staff are very welcoming. I also appreciated the complimentary espresso machine with capsules in the room. Special mention goes to the wonderful spa area, which includes dry and steam saunas, hot and cold baths, and a great swimming pool. Another highlight is the “Chocolate Time,” where delicious sweets are offered free of charge in the afternoon (drinks are not included).

Cleanliness, breakfast, SPA access, and location.

Why tell guess that room is available for early check in and charge us extra, but per hour? Why are you charging your guess if the rooms are available? Also, my wife and I forgot to pack our toothbrush. We were charged per dental kit. Isn't this a luxury hotel? Why are we being charged? If you're going to market the hotel as a luxury hotel, then go all the way and 'be' a luxury hotel with all the amenities. This charging nonsense for every little thing makes the hotel to be disingenuous and cheap.

Clean and comfortable. Location with good walking access to Old Town and the beach. Breakfast very good. Roof top bar very good view and relaxing (with or without service time).

Steam sauna temperature indicates 45 degrees , but feels not hot enough, dry sauna temperature indicates 90, but it takes constant manually pressing water switch and bit exhausting. There are guests with huge inflatable plastic animal toys in the pool, jumping around, loud and energetic, given the size of the pool, it's not possible for others guests to swim at the same time.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was huge, comfortable and modern and had a balcony. The facilities were brilliant and the afternoon chocolate fondue really was the cherry on the top! Also when we mentioned it was our anniversary they provided us with Prosecco and a plate of sweets and a handwritten congratulatory note. The bathroom as well was so modern and clean and amazing and had features like a heated floor. The lobby as well was nicely decorated and felt like luxurious. The only negatives were that the view wasn’t amazing and it was a little bit away from the city centre.

Everything was new and very clean. We also really liked the interior - especially the bathroom was nicely done with brass details. Staff was very kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the spa area as it has a nice selection of different pools and two saunas.

The spa area was quite full and restless in the evenings. There were kids jumping in to the pool, adults playing loud music from their own speaker and people talking really loudly. We went to the pool area after 7pm since after that kids are not allowed in the spa area, but there was a family with two small kids who wasn’t informed about this and refused to leave. Why are there spa rules if the hotell staff is not making sure they are followed? So if you are looking for a relaxing spa moment you should visit the spa early in the morning. Also the acoustics in the spa could be better.
