Basic hotel with comfortable rooms. Beds are really ok and so are pillows. Perfectly working air conditioning is a big plus. Very clean overall. Hotel is full of nostalgia. The spirit of east. But in a good way. Interior is not brand new, but everything is fine and intact. Breakfast is quite sufficient. Not at all luxorious, but it had everything we needed. If you are a vegetarian, then the selection is a bit limited. They have a coffee machine, so the coffee is good... you get your espressos and cappuccinos. Location a bit off from center of Tallinn, around 5 kilometers, but public transport works really well. Bus and tram stops are right in front of hotel. And hotel has its own free parking lot. Overall a great choice for accommodation in Tallinn, especially if you travel by car. Ps. Tallinn Song Festival Grounds is a little over 3 kilometers away. Bus takes you there in 25 minutes and you get there by foot in around 35 minutes.

There is no refrigerator in the hotel room.

Breakfast was good and varying, so had chance to eat. Location of the hotel is relative close to big shopping center and Tallinn Song Festival Grounds. Just need to go through some yards. Free and big parking. If need, there is elevator in the hotel. Air conditioner, TV, WiFi in the room.

I do not have much negativity to say. Maybe in the breakfast can be crowdy, maybe sometimes missed some food, but after time all was available. Very thin walls, so you can hear all what is going in the corridor. Can be higher pressure in the shower and very weak outflow from shower.

Kristal, Roman and front office staff are very courteous, respectful, and helpful. Good customer service. It is a great location for public transportation and close to the Tallinn International Airport. The Bus stops for many buses going in both the directions (to the city center and suburban areas) are less than 100 meters. The busses run every 10/15 minutes. The breakfast is excellent. There are good choices for both vegetarians and others.

I am a senior citizen. In my opinion the room is not ADA compliant.

he place was clean, and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was good value for the price, with a nice variety of options. It's a bit far from the shopping malls, so we had to drive, but that was fine for us. Deffinetly would choose this hotel again.

It's not the first time (and won't be the last) where I stay at the Susi for early morning flight departures or post-23:30 arrivals. Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean rooms (and thanks, thanks for not having carpeted floors - yuck, always disgusting to contemplate), beds comfortable, polite and very helpful staff, and even an ok restaurant on the premises for those too hungry (or late) to venture into town. The hotel is located across the street from a weird memorial for the St. George's Uprising, which makes for a spine-chilling read on Wikipedia!

I've never yet been able to partake in the included breakfast as flights leave too early. Perhaps a small sandwich may be offered at check-in for people like me, to be put into a guest's fridge overnight?

Nice and helpful staff. The breakfast was unusually good, with a large choice of meals. The location is ideal for someone who arrives or departs by plane late at night or early in the morning. The airport is within walking distance, whereas the city center is accessible by tram or train (the stops are nearby). This is my second time staying here, and I will be happy to stay here again.

The substance in the shower seems to be plain liquid soap rather than hair and body wash.

The rooms need renovation, as it was 15 years ago, so it is now. Breakfast has not changed in 15 years. Not very tasty for me and small selection. The hotel is too expensive for such prices. I will look for another one next time.

Very comfortable beds. There is a public transport stop close to the hotel. The hotel is not in the center, so the environment is quieter. The center can be reached quickly and conveniently by public transport.

The bathroom could be cleaner. The room lock did not work well. Every time I came back, I had to get tired with her. One day, the porridge for breakfast was so badly overcooked that the rice cereal had completely melted into a mass.

A good hotel worthy of three stars. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast is quite varied, there is porridge, cottage cheese, meat with omelet, vegetables, juices. Special thanks for staying with the dog. The room for three is spacious and clean, next to the exit. There is plenty of space outside to walk the dog. Parking is free

Breakfast had a good selection and the room was clean. Good location for the airport. Walking distance to some nice parks and attractions. Will be our first choice when needing a bed in tallinn again.

Being on the main road there's a little bit of noise during the night. Not enough to be an issue though.
