We loved the friendliness of the staff - despite of lacking mutual language. The room we had (nro 9) was superb and the common living room was very beautiful too. Great value for money!

Really steep stairs - not recommended for anyone with difficulties to walk! We announced our arrival on Whatsapp as requested but the information never reached the person who was at check in, so the room wasn´t ready (we had no problem to wait as they prepared it quickly) The lady who met us was very friendly but we could not communicate with her (she didn´t speak any English) There is only one set of keys per room which makes it hard to come and go with many people.

Great location and great appartment. Very convenient. Clean. Comfortable. Old town not far away and shopping mall also. In Estonia good 👍 location.

Forget about staff quick response. If something not working - you will wait long time for any help. Microwave works only if special switch in kitchen is turned on, but that you have to guess by yourself. Staff will not tell you. Address is off. It is 17/2. Not just 17. So it is on another side of block. Tell taxi or enter in map 17/2. Otherwise you will be running in circles and they staff does not answer phone in time. So once you do find it and you get familiar how appliences work - you are in a very good and comfortable place. Hope staff will fix problem with communication. This place is good.

Exellent room - for my taste, nice bathroom - stylish and new design, well done. Lady in information was very helpfull and showed everything what I needed. Big room, clean and very nice bed. Also good table and seats, kitchen good - fridge also fine.

Parking place was free, good, but could be easier to find - not a big problem anyway. Bigger problem is to find a good stopping place for it before you park it. So sometimes there is enough room for car in front sometimes not. On fridays there can be traffic noice which can be a problem for someone, not for me, I had earplugs.

Very beautiful, cosy and charming rooms. Location is excellent. Nearby are located the bus stops for the bus to the Airport and the bus line for the Central Bus Station . The place is at the beginning of the sightseeing root to the old town . Very clean and staff very very useful, helpful and kind .Staying there is a great joy Highly recommend it .

The apartment is spacious and very clean. It has a stove top and pot and pan, so you can prepare food. Also good size fridge. The shower is big and bathroom was also very clean. Enough storage and closet space. It is walking distance from Old Town and has close bus stops and a shop nearby. Although the apartment entrance is on a busy street, the room was very quiet.

Check- in was not user friendly for older person. You have to enter code on door panel, but due to busy street noise, you can not hear if pin was entered.

The size of the flat was impressive. Loved it.

Sadly there was no toilet paper apart from two sheets on existing roll. That was the only downside. Coffee and a corkscrew would have been nice too, but I managed to buy those myself in the end.

Conveniently located, about 600 m from the old city and about the same distance from a shopping center where you can buy food to cook at the kitchenette in your room or have a nice meal at Lido. Room is clean, stylish, nicely decorated with good taste, very modern though the building itself is old wooden, but nicely renovated. Easy to get in, very pleasant hostess, Ekaterina, helpful, knowledgeable and a great pleasure to talk to.

The building faces a narrow but rather busy road and it may get a bit noisy, although the noise proofing is quite decent.

The bedroom was huge and the location was great- max 15 mins to the top of Toompea. Great public transport links to the airport and out of town but it's in walking distance of most of the city.

The only issue was a lack of instructions for check-in and check-out. We didn't receive any instructions on how to get into the building (which door to use, where the key was, which room was ours - nothing) so we had to call someone to ask for help. I never saw a member of staff while we were there. I also had to send them a message to ask them how to check out and we had to google how to get the sauna working, so some instructions for that would be helpful too.

Lovely accommodation is situated in a nice neighborhood, near the city center. The public transport station is nearby. The host was very nice and helpful. We were visiting during the winter while it was snowing a lot and the room was pleasantly warm.

Convenient, very clean, city center at walking distance, view on beautiful gardens despite of the urban environment of busy roads and office buildings. Clear instructions for finding the place. Free parking, a must in Tallinn where car park is a challenge. Lots of empty space in the flat, easy for luggage packing before the flight back home. Cosy couch with a comfortable blanket.

Lots of fences everywhere, you have to pass by a car fence, letting you only narrow space to walk through with suitcase, not very welcoming walk to the accommodation. Would be much easier to have access to the place from Luise street .
