I have stayed at this hotel many times, the location is good, it is great that there is a spa and a gym 🙂

During this visit, I discovered that the hotel no longer offers daily room cleaning and there are also no more shampoos and soaps, and everything that used to be. I have been staying at this hotel for many years and it was really convenient when tea and coffee bags were added every day and the room was cleaned. It's a pity that it doesn't exist anymore.

We got given an upgraded room and it was spacious. Location of the hotel is convinient, it stays among others hotels at this area. Breakfast was sufficient, but no so varied as at Raddison Blue. There was pancakes which you need to wait and before a half of hour the staff stopped cooking it so you need to take it in advance. The spa was great. It’s titally the same as it shown at the pictures. The sauna with salt was relaxing. And the spa is available not only for guests. It wasn’t crowded on Sunday midday. The parking is available at the garage, open parking area behind and in front of the building. It’s also public paid parking. We paid for the whole period at the hotel, but we get parking warning. The hotel staff was helphul, and mentioned that sometimes it happend, so we shouldn’t be worried. But it seems that here is some trouble of communicating between hotel and parking inspectors. Meanwhile there is cheaper parking in 2 blocks.

The staff at the breakfast area started clearing the dishes from the buffet half an hour before the end of breakfast. I couldn’t cut cheese. The restaurant at the hotel had terrible service and food wasn’t tasty. I totally not recommend it, even the weather outside is rainy and windy.

I liked the room, the spa, the gym was very nice. Breakfast options were good as well. Overall it's a nice hotel.

The communication before my arrival was terrible. I tried to call several times at different hours- nobody picked up the phone. The instructions if the standard room includes spa access were confusing. In the quick questions you can see answers where it includes the access and that it doesn't. I sent a message to the property, they didn't respond to my message, just sent some general one with some links for discount. I sent another message and they responded only to one of my questions. Also, there was a spa maintenance going on my only full day (that was one of my questions). So the access to spa was possible from 1pm, it destroyed my plans for the day.

This is a great hotel with a wonderful location. It can be commended for: - There is a dedicated glutenfree option station at breakfast - with a separate toaster! - Excellent and very helpful front desk staff - The Italini onsite restaurant is really good - It seems to be a hotel of choice for business people, but also families; for Estonians, but also international visitors - Seeing people walking to the pool facilities in their white gowns throughout the day is quite delightful; and testament to the excellent facilities - The view (from some rooms) over the Old City is fantastic

It was difficult to find the "on" switches for the kettle and fridge in my room; but other than that, no complaints.

Best price in town for Genius Traveller. You will get experience of small Spa for the price of Bed and Breakfast. Really good breakfast for four star hotel. It is nice that you can choose between different price packages (quite often I leave at 6 am, without breakfast) It is nice bonus to have bathtub 🛁 in any room.

Outmanned reception (most of them trainees), maybe self check-in could be a good resolution for that problem. But it is hard to implement for such big chain like Radisson. No extra administror/concierge, as it was before. They combined two hotels under one roof, so it is a lottery to have either smaller room in new SPA" part (easer access, but less comfortable rooms), or bigger room in older but still fresh and tide conference hotel (in our room there wasn't any fridge).

The room had everything we needed, was clean and in order. The spa facility is great, corresponds to the pictures, multiple saunas, whirlpools, maybe just the pool looks a bit larger in the picture. The best part was on weekdays, there were very few people in the spa, so we could relax really well. The hotel is 5-10 min walk from the old town and the railway station, the direct bus from the airport stops nearby as well. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, and gave us some good tips. The price was very good for the stay.

The hotel breakfast was a bit too expensive, so we opted out - we could enjoy the breakfast in the other cafe in the hotel (cafe mademoiselle) though. We had a room at the inner corner of the building, so almost no view, but this didn't really matter.

The staff were friendly, informative, courteous and very helpful. The facilities on offer were well explained and extra's were great value. The different range of Spa and pool facilities truly a treat. We didn't use the Gym facilities but from what we saw these look good too. Breakfast was exceptionally good, nice teas and coffee with practically everything to suit most palettes- even lactose and gluten free options on offer. When we arrived at our room it was not exactly as described with two singles instead of large double. This was addressed right away by the lovely housekeeping staff who came with alternative bedding immediately. The room was a good size, very comfortable bed with optional pillow types, Tea and coffee, empty fridge to add your own, great view of the city and wardrobes containing bath robes, towels and slippers etc for using in the spa.

The only thing that was odd - a very narrow access steps and doors from the rear car park if you arrive by car. Difficult to get a case up and strangely overlooked given that eveything else is so well managed.

This is a great hotel if you're looking for a longer stay and also want access to both a gym and a pool. The location leaves a bit to be desired, being 10+ minute walk away from the Balti Jaam Turg (Baltic Station Marketplace). I say that as a negative because there are actually many other places closer than this place is. The spa & pool are great for relaxation and while busy, aren't excessively busy. We were in a great room because it faced Vanalinn yet was on the highest floor that minimized traffic noise. There are large windows for lots of natural sunlight. I also liked how the hotel's first floor lobby is half empty -- like a ghost hotel. You walk past multiple restaurants and front desk areas that are simply not serviced by any staff.

The hotel is dated. The rooms, carpets and furniture look "old."

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. We especially appreciated the historical information incorporated into the room’s decor, which added a unique touch, along with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the spa. It was such a pleasant bonus to have access to such excellent facilities at this price point—perfect for unwinding after exploring the city. The hotel’s location is another big plus. It’s just a short walk from Tallinn’s Old Town, making it easy to immerse yourself in the city’s charming medieval streets, restaurants, and landmarks. For nature lovers, there are also parks and green spaces nearby, offering a peaceful escape. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend Radisson Meriton to anyone visiting Tallinn!

Great location for old town, trams buses and trains. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel spotlessly clean facilities fantastic inckyding tge gym, swimming pool and spa. Breakfast choice was very good, from the coffees and teas to fresh fruit, yoghurt, porridge was delicious and fresh bread with a range of cheeses, meats and hot food. Meatballs were delicious and scrambled eggs cooked to perfection.. During the stay didnt have dinner so unable yo comment. Use of a PC and printer was brilliant for printing boarding passes.

Only one small complaint the fried eggs were like rubber and did not have a soft yolk, noboption yo have poached eggs.
