Location is in central Old Town. Apartment is spacious with good view to pedestrian street. TV and fridge.

Checkin process is cumbersome and takes lot of time, you only learn about it after made payment commitment in booking.com. For example you need to make photo of document and of yourself. You get 7-8 emails during process and it all takes 30-45 minutes (if you make some mistake in forms). For that sole reason I would never book this apartment again. There are so many other choices in Old Town, without such hassle.

Beautiful little apartment. Very well equipped and in a good condition . Busy area right next to the townhall square - could not have been a better location. Good double windows meant the apartment was not too noisy. Comfortable sleep. Easy to self check in and out. Very nice staff with good communication.

Nothing enough to reduce the score ☺️ but I don’t see the point in having the washing machine, as there was absolutely no way and nowhere to dry the clothes . A pullout drying rack on top of the machine or free standing collapsible one would have worked or a machine with a drier. A little side table or coffee table would have been nice too to make relaxing in the couch more comfortable 🥰

The apartment was absolutely wonderful. I was travelling solo, so plenty of room, but even with the sofa bad made up I expect there would be more than ample. Kitchen was really well equipped (which sometimes they aren't) which was a big positive. Location is outstanding - come out of the front door, turn right and you're in the main square. Apartment was very quiet, did hear any noise from outside and is a mostly pedestrianised road out the front anyway. Staff were very helpful and responsive.

Only small thing was that the curtains in the bedroom let too much light in. The ones in the living room would be better in the bedroom.

Lovely and warm, clean, had everything we needed. Perfect location. All instructions given were clear. Supermarket nearby. Everything walkable. Easy to find. Apartment had everything we needed. Great blackout curtains. Bars outside close at respectable time. Lovely products and appreciated having dishwater tablets etc provided. Would definitely return.

Shelf directly over sink made sink difficult to actually use. Would be good to have clothes airer to dry clothes after washing in machine. Shower could do with more pressure. Downstairs door could benefit from 'slow close' to stop it banging early/late

Have stayed here before twice. Location is so perfect. Also apartment has everything you need. Very clean and fresh. Staff is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. Last apartment was smallest I have stayed, but it still had everything. Was little cold 🥶 but when mentioned, we was given extra heating straight away . Also having lookers for before or after your stay just for €1 or € 2 was great touch. You can just leave all your belongings and wonder around till you need to collect. Will definitely be back. Location and it feels like from home to home. Also it’s all fresh . They do know how to look after rooms and make them comfortable.

The apartment was in a perfect location just off the main square..it was spotless, quiet and comfortable. There was a lovely kitchenette with everything u would need for the few days..the bathroom was large and clean and had beautiful toiletries..bed was very comfortable and was a perfect spot for our few days in Tallin. They also have a super spot on the ground floor to store ur luggage..lockers were big and cost 2e..Check in was 4 but they messaged us at 3 to say our room was ready so that was very much appreciated..

The location was perfect - right in the middle of the Old Town. The layout was very spacious and perfect for two people. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, the living room was perfect. It was such a beautiful place to stay! We had one issue with a window that wouldn’t close properly and they sent someone to fix it in 20 minutes! They also asked us if we would like to send them a cleaner half way through our trip which was much appreciated!

Being in the Old Town (especially in summer) means that it can get a little loud on the street outside. The bedroom is set further back in the property to accommodate this and we got to sleep fine, but if you are a light sleeper this might be something to keep in mind!

The location is excellent and everything is provided for your stay. The apartment and furniture are very modern. Loved that tea, sugar, ground coffee filters, salt and pepper were provided. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is spacious. Communication from the property was fantastic and it was easy to find and get the key.

The coffee table was wobbly, I was nervous moving it to get out the sofa bed! It was hot and when the windows are open there is a lot of street noise. Please, please, put a fan in the apartment, that would have made such a difference.

Great central location easy to get to and we popped back during the day when we needed time out. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Good value for money.

The bathroom was a bit dated, the sink was small with a shelf over which made it difficult to use. Over bath shower with curtain not ideal for us. The balcony was not attached to our apartment but was on the next floor overlooked by another apartment, we didn’t use this outside space that I was hoping for. No drying rack for washing.

The apartment was clean and up to the standard shown on the pictures. The check-in and communication was easy. All in all very good and what you expect for the price.

I understand that there might have been previous problems with parties or similar. I didn't like the 100 euro deposit policy (which was not clear when booking on the booking.com website) and several signs/memos of fines for noise, moving furniture and all, made an uneasy feeling. Would I get a 200 Eur fine for moving a table closer to the electric socket? :) I still wonder...
