I loved this hotel! My room exceeded my expectations and I was so happy. It was so modern, beautiful and spacious. The toiletries were amazing, bathrobe and slippers, all the comfort you need in a hotel. The location is of course the best! It could not be better in Tallinn! The staff was nice, Ohla was amazing, and Kyril (I hope it's right!) too. I would stay there again. Thank you for everything!

The location in the Old Town was great. The building and the dining room had much charm from the building’s history. The room and bath were stylish, roomy, and comfortable. The bathroom had heated floor! The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me arrange for a car ride to the airport.

Nothing I did not like

Good location, good size bedroom and bathroom. Good foyer area for meeting, relaxing. Great service provided by front desk staff Angela and Manager. Nice courtyard area. Special thanks to the manager for printing and scanning some paperwork for me.

Shower head was not attached to the wall so you had to hold it the entire time. Room floor wasn't swept for the 5 days. Booked back massage which stated it would be pressure points etc so I expected quite a firm massage however was very disappointed as it was really just hands sliding over back. I do realise this was an outside person coming in to do these.

Perfect location. Really comfortable bed. Great shower. Superb breakfast but most of all such friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. Would stay again.

Nothing not to like!

The room was great - I received a Suite, which means I got a very spacious room, with a comfortable double bed, a bathtub (don't have one at home, so it was very much appreciated given the weather - 3 degrees in the evening in May), and a lovely sitting area. Breakfast was good, nothing too fancy, but everything one might need. The location was perfect, super close to the Town hall and the different bus stops, so very convenient.

No particular complaints. One of the staff members did not speak super good English, but she got help from another young lady, so we got along well in the end.

This was a good choice. We were late arriving, but it wasn't a problem as reception is manned 24 hours a day. Our room was quite spacious. It had two twin beds, a sofa, a fridge, and storage cupboards. The bathroom was enormous, with a full-sized free standing bath, toilet, hand basin, walk-in shower, and sauna. The breakfast was plentiful, with a selection of cereals, breads, cooked meats, cheeses,fruit, and veg. Eggs were cooked on request, which I liked as it meant they weren't sitting around. Nice touch. The hotel is in a good location for walking around the old town. All in all, a very comfortable one night stay.

Excellent location, friendly and informative staff who went out of their way to make our experience the best. Room was big and spacious. Bath and sauna in bathroom was a bonus. Room was serviced while we were having breakfast which was a nice surprise. Breakfast provided a good choice with staff going the extra mile. The hotel had a cosy, boutique feel to it. Nice and relaxing. Complimentary drink on arrival too.

There are no lifts but this is to be expected given that it's a very, very old building. Room Carpet could have done with a refresh but to be expected with dirty footwear in wintry weather. Taxis can't get to the front door given construction works were in progress but it was a short walk to get picked up. However, we'd go back without a doubt and would highly recommend this for a short break.

I loved staying in a historic building dating back to the 1300’s! Very quirky building and surprisingly comfortably warm in Oct/Nov. On our arrival both reception staff Margarite and Ola kindly made us feel so welcome with welcome drinks and guidance through the map to ensure we had lots to see on our trip. All their advice was top class whether for the sights, dinner, markets, day trip to Helsinki or beauty treatments! The hotel had a sauna but we didn’t have time to use. The hotel has local art and crafts on sale and has a lovely reading nook. Their breakfast room is in the cellar which has wonderful quirky architecture. The breakfast is great too including opportunity to make your own fresh waffles! I hope to return again as it’s a great hotel to explore Tallinn on foot.

As it’s so old it might require a of maintenance but staff are doing a great job.

The room was stunning with beautiful features and lots of space. We loved the dressing gowns. We were offered the choice of a shower or bath and chose a bath. This was a lovely stand alone bath in our room which we both appreciated after walking around the Old Town. We were offered a daily hour's free session in their sauna which we didn't use on this occasion. The location was perfect, just off the main Town Hall square so everything was in easy reach. The staff were so helpful and gave us great suggestions on where to visit and some excellent restaurants with a mix of modern and traditional cuisine. We loved the merchandise that they had attached to the hotel which showcased Estonian craftspeople. Breakfast was excellent , perfectly cooked eggs and lots of options both hot and cold buffet. We were able to leave our luggage securely on our last day and they offered to order a taxi. We are hoping to return and will definitely book the hotel again.

Absolutely nothing

Large historical room was great. Very comfortable bed. Location right by the town square is amazing. Helpful staff. Getting the private sauna room access was also a good touch. The window-facing bath looked good too although we didn't get a chance to try it out.

Decor and design was a little unappealing. Odd stylistic clashes between tacky modern light fittings and historical beams and timbers. The bathroom sink and toilet in two different areas is strange. The sauna room was nice but a bit weird in design; cluttered with odd furniture; and the sauna itself wasn't the best we experienced.
