Hotel has a perfect location at the doorstep of the center. Very good price for such place. Parking available (extra charge, but reasonable price). Breakfast is available in the hotel nextdoor (part of the chain obviously, a more luxurious one). Room was not so spacy, but for a short stay, nothing to complain about. WiFi working fine, everything clean. Nice personal (non-stop reception is located in the second hotel).

this hotel is prettty much a cheaper extension of rooms for the main hotel. (von Stackelberg). All services are basically located there. So, if you prefer to have everything "under one roof", I would recommend book that hotel directly.

The room is big, ready to accommodate 4 people, with fridge and nice and comfortable beds (the sofa a bit less). Easy access to the parking behind the building, where actually the room faces.

Check in a bit inconvenient at a hotel nearby, few minutes walk. The access to the parking behind the building is done through a street with huge potholes. The bathroom has glass door/walls as seen in the pictures, leading to privacy issues especially for families. There is a discreet sewage smell probably due to the semi-basement location of the room. We had to wait for our room to be ready while looking at the housekeepers smoking peacefully in a long break behind the building (we were a bit ahead the check in time, so not really a negative, but for the record).

Best location ever, just a few minutes walk to the city centre through a small park (Not dangerous). People always keen to help and rooms are clean. The reception is part of another hotel, 1 minute away so it is just the rooms and an access card to enter. Heating constantly on so a cozy night overall. On one side the rooms are facing the road but there was not a lot of traffic in the night to disturb our sleep.

It would be great if you add a hairdryer in the room :)

Nice hotel. A bit strange to find reception out of hotel building but it was not far (50-60 m away). Close to old city center where you can find some restaurants and pubs. Excellent breakfast (very pleasant surprise). Restaurant can serve some food. Pay attention to closing time. Usually they close earlier or at exact time.

Reception staff is excellent. Friendly and supportive. I cannot say the same for restaurant staff.

The room was warm, very light and clean. It's about 15-20 minutes to reach old town. Next to the hotel (10min) you find Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and nice restaurant on the "roof" of the tower that named White Monk. Garbidge is collected every day; however, if you need cleaning or refreshing the towels then it costs additional money. You can order breakafast for €11 per person in the hotel where you will pick up the key. The breakfast is delicious and rich. The location is great and walls are soundproof so we didn't hear our neghdours.

It was confusing that the entrance key you need to collect in another hotel that is situated about 50 metres away. And you need to go there to have breakfast if you ordèr it. It doesn't comfortable when it rains outside. Also, I think that there should be a little more liquid soap in the shower as it was difficult to get it from the tube.

It is good price and value option comparing to other hotels nearby. You should expect nothing fancy - but it is at good location, clean, has a big parking lot. I did my research and I was aware about small inconveniences such as checking in at different building, no ac, and it can get very loud if you open windows to the main street - which is very busy - air quality is not the best. As we stayed just for couple nights - these things didnt matter to us and overall we enjoyed our stay

If you are very sensitive to street noises make sure you ask for a room where windows are facing the backyard

Located very close to old town and easy to walk everywhere. Room was spacious enough for 3 and toilet was good size, not too small. Our room was quiet and had opening window.

We had room with garden view what was basically just parking lot, but it was better than “normal” room, because the street seemed pretty busy and loud. Check-in needed to be done at next door hotel which seemed little weird, but not suspicious.

Huge room with jacuzzi for small cost. Newly renovated room. This was a big positive surprise. Extra plus for the parking in the back yard (straight from the outside door). Very friendly staff. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Great location. You can walk to all main attractions in the city center and to three nice shopping malls in about 15 min. The hotel also offers very good public transport connections. To get to the airport takes less than 1/2 hour by public transport.

we had a basement family room. The sound insulation to the neighboring room was poor. In the morning there were people smoking outside of the room which was a problem when the window was open
