Location is strict city centre, breakfast is perfect, the hotel has spa and friendly , polite staff. Prices are really affordable..

If you have a heavy luggage be prepare to use stepps, but I am sure staff will help you with this..

I had a nice stay! from check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The staff was very welcoming, special mention for the receptionist with glasses (apologies I did not note his name). Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The hotel's location was also perfect, close to key attractions. The spa facilities were immaculately maintained, with a wonderful sauna and steam room.

The only small improvement I’d suggest is ensuring the in-room tea and coffee supplies are replenished. Overall, it was a fantastic experience

Liked a lot about the hotel. It has plenty of character which is what we were looking for. Very picturesque courtyard, small, intimate restaurant which was very good with good service. Rooms, whilst not huge, were good by European standards. Onlt downside of the rooms was a shower over bath and the bath has very high which was tricky to get in and out. Location of the hotel was great, just on the fringes of the Old Town, approx 10 minute walk into the main area.

Only issue we had was the bathroom, it was manageable but could be an issue for older guests or people with any mobility issues.

The building of this hotel is stunning and the location is just perfect. You can even walk to the old town as it is very close by. We spent some days during the Christmas season in the hotel and enjoyed the cozy decoration and the pretty Christmas lights! We had a shared room for three, and we found the room a bit small (which is very subjective view of course). The room had everything we needed, it was very clean and quiet! We did not eat in the hotel so we can’t say anything about the food. The receptionist has been extraordinary kind. Overall exceptional service of the staff members. Thanks a lot!

This hotel has the Big 3: clean, comfortable, and convenient. We loved the classic design of the building and interior with lots of natural materials like stone, wood, and bricks. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room on the 2nd floor of the main building overlooked the courtyard with its fountain and gentle music. It was lovely - worth requesting! The breakfast was generous and tasty. We walked from the hotel to the old town in about 15 minutes. We also walked to the city centre and a couple of shopping malls, so we appreciated the convenient location. Bolt taxis are a quick and inexpensive option as well.

Our bathroom was quite small, and we found the shower awkward because it was tiny and water flooded the floor every time we used it.

The location was excellent because all the places we visited were close and the bus stops were close, too, when we used buses. The hotel room was quite silent at night even though our room was next to the road. The room was nice and cosy. It had AC. When we came back to the hotel late in the night there was someone at reception. I don't know what's their schedules but this was actually nice if you need something.

My partner chose this hotel because someone said it has good vegan breakfast. However, you have to order it separately and the vegan options weren't that good. The staff was indeed friendly to ask what my partner would like to have for breakfast so they prepared it exclusively for her. However, the yoghurt wasn't vegan even though they said it was. I know that it's a little bit hard to prepare these options as only small portion of the customers eat them. Another thing, the shower didn't have any door or curtain so you would wet the whole toilet room when taking a shower. The price was a little bit high but not too bad.

We like this hotel. It is nice to come here. Staff/reception is very polite always and I know they are very professional. We are not only treated as guests but wanted guests, so that is WOW-effect. - We liked our room with Jacuzzi. - Beds are good and there is a danger that laying down you start to sleep (of course this is positive problem). - Breakfast is good and there is enough of what to eat.

- Only minus is that small place of Breakfast area. It is nowadays full with all guests coming to eat same time.

The builiding itself is quite beautiful. We liked the interior of the hall and the exterior outside the building. Bathroom was clean everyday. Breakfast was super good everyday we stayed there with a lot of choices and quality food.

They dont clean the room well. It looked like only do beds and bathroom. But, I didnt like most, was that the day that we were living, the prepared us packed breakfast which included only water, a banana.and a small protein bar.

Reception staff were excellent. On entering the hotel, the young woman on reception noticed I was struggling with my mobility and changed my allocated room to a more accessible one. Very impressed. Room was well maintained and clean, though somewhat compact, and was comfortable enough. Breakfast was fine, though the hot food was often cold and needed changing more frequently.

My biggest complaint was the lack of complimentary water with the only bottled water costing €6!! The in-room safe was tiny, not big enough to hold my iPad, never mind a laptop. There's certainly room for some improvements.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived slightly early and as our room was ready upon arrival we were allowed to check in early with no additional charge. If we needed towels or anything else for the room, the staff accommodated us with no fuss. The hotel had a very nice atmosphere and all areas were very clean. The beds were comfortable and clean, and I would very much recommend this hotel.
