We had a very nice time in Tallinn. Was my husband's birthday and we enjoyed every moment. The hotel was amazing, very clean, room very nice, the bed very comfortable and was exactly how I asked for. Rooms very lite because of the high windows and very quiet during the night: we slept better than home. We love it and if we ever come back to Tallinn, we definitely will stay to the same place.

Modern but classic in the same time, perfect size of the rooms, no noises coming from outside during night or early mornings, warm and cosy. Good food in a very nice Italian style restaurant at the ground floor.

We stayed in zen deluxe room with my family of four. Room was nice and spacious, beds comfortable and sofa bed also ok. Children loved the in-room jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, good selection but nothing special. Bus stop very close to the hotel and made the use of public transport very easy.

The street noise was quite loud in the room (3rd floor). Also the air conditioning made some whistling noise every night. Make sure to have earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. Staff didn’t speak much English and basic things were difficult to communicate (e.g. late check-out). Would rate the hotel 3 stars instead of 4.

The breakfast was plentiful, varied, and delicious. The room size was spacious, and the bath was an added pleasure. The staff were super friendly. The restaurant food was delicious and the children's play area a saviour. Location wasn't an issue because Bolt taxis got you everywhere cheaply. We spent 3 nights, in 4 rooms. Our ages ranged from 1 year to 82 years. All felt that this hotel met our needs perfectly.

We would have liked to have used the spa but it was much too expensive. I think that the morning time allocated for hotel guests, should have been free (as is the normal in Finnish hotels). The hotel decor was tired but in keeping with the character of the building.

Kind customer service, a brunette guy (new employee?) and another taller guy that looked just like Ed Sheeran at the reception made sure to let me know everything I needed to know and were super friendly! The quality of the beds 10/10, high ceiling, nice windows and overall spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet was average but still tasty, I love the space there and the decor

2 things: The spa hours could’ve been better, so a better available. I’ve stayed many times before and will continue staying. However, this time I booked a standard room (I’ve usually stayed near the reception’s Zen-rooms). Standard-room was dated, the bathroom was nothing like the Zen rooms’. I wasn’t a fan… the quality of the beds in each category 10/10, high ceiling, nice windows and overall spacious rooms. From Zen to Standard there’s a huge difference!

The zen deluxe was big enough that it almost felt like an apartment. The personnel was extremely nice and even called a cab when we were checking out. Otherwise it was close to bus stops to get to the old town centre quickly.

The some of the options at breakfast weren’t really my thing. It might be due to Christmas but besides the classic yoghurt, cereal, toast, eggs, beans and bacon (which I enjoy) you had options like sauerkraut, blood sausage and fish.

Managed to get a double bed room with the price of a single room because Booking.com showed availability when actually there was none. Therefore the staff had to give me the next available room, which happened to be two price points up. That luck meant I had decent space to even do couple of stretches. And there was a jacuzzi! Which I didn't use, because filling it just for myself felt like total ecocide.

Nothing to complain about really. I just happen to have very specific needs when it comes to workspace ergonomy. The desk and the chair are good enough to put one's laptop down for a minute, but for a bit longer work session I'd like a better setup. The breakfast buffet had two coffee machines and one of them had UHT milk in it. Again, purely a matter of personal taste. I just am not a big fan of UHT milk.

Very nice room - we particularly liked the large bath - good location and excellent value for money. The staff were very nice, they let us leave our bags in the luggage room after check-out. Breakfast options were varied enough, perfect for a week's stay.

The hotel does look quite old and amenities were provided only through the reception, not in the rooms.

15min walk to the oldtown. Restaurant down stairs is good. The room is nice, clean, but a bit used. The bathroom, SPA bath was nice. Coffee with capsules. Breakfast was good. Parking is available on the spot, costs 13eur. Friendly for dogs, but extra cost. ZEN Spa zone is good for bigger companies, not very romantic for 2.

The furniture and hotel is a bit used, but nothing terrible.

We were so tired when we arrived to Tallin. But once we entered to the hotel we felt so comfortable by its pleasant appearance, cleanliness and even the smell... Room was so clean and warm. We stayed 1 week. It has been cleaned everyday. Clean linen, towels, glasses etc. 🥰🥰 Room was so calm. No sounds. Beds were comfortable. Had a good breakfast with wide variety of foods. Receptionists are nice and kind. Close to most of the tourists attractions. Convenient , comfortable and great place. 😍 Feel bit sad to leave Tallin and Kreutzwald. 😔🖤🤍💙

Everything was great. Only one receptionist was not friendly with us. But it is not a big thing and didnt disturb to our stay.

The room was spacious, the bathroom also was spacious and had floor heating. It also had a jacuzzi bath. I liked the mattress, it was not too soft. Breakfast had enough choice. The hotel conveniently also had an Italian restaurant in the house. Location was excellent for my purposes, with a bus stop just beside it. Service was friendly.

I did not like the pillows, they were too soft and could not be rolled up to be higher/harder. This is a minor matter, for I am especially picky with pillows.
