Beautiful hotel with tasteful design and a very personal touch. Johanna the owner is lovely and gave us such a warm welcome. The rooms were very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was to die for. Thank for a lovely stay- I hope we’ll be able to return sometime!

A small charming hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

When someone turned on the water tap in the adjacent hotel room, it caused a loud noise in our room. So loud, that we woke up when showering started around 2AM. This isn't acceptable in a hotel of this price. Besides that, everything was great!

Owner Johanna is a star in kindness and flexibility. I booked on the same day as I arrived, and even though I showed up by her surprise, she was very welcoming. The boutique hotel is in a perfect condition, with a personal touch that makes you feel at home, rooms are very good and spacy with great facilities. Breakfast is excellent.

Nothing I can seriously think of.

Very charming hotel in a midst of very beautiful wooden buildings and a stone throw away from Savonlinna castle. We had the whole building for ourselves as no other guests were there on this weekend. Felt like having booked a complete holiday home. Unfortunately, and for Covid reasons, the restaurant was closed but it’s a nice stroll to the city centre where many dining options were available (I can recommend Majakka restaurant by the harbour). For breakfast, we helped ourselves from a beautiful selection prepared for us in the kitchen. All in all a very nice stay and perfect choice for those to wish to dive into the history of Beautiful Savonlinna.

It was all perfect, the nice host came by to explain everything and hand over the keys.

It was the loveliest stay I've had in a long time. Johanna the manager did everything she could to make us feel welcome, the room and the hotel were classic and Victorian, and the whole essence was calming. The city itself is magnificent. The strongest recommendation!
