The hotel is situated 5 min walking distance from the railway station (Hbf). Check-in was quick, and you need to deposit a credit card. Paying is on the last day of staying. You get a free public transport ticket - excellent! The room is cosy, and you have everything that you need. The WiFi is working excellent. Breakfast is rich with different options. Excellent start of the day. The hotel is very clean.

Second time visiting and my preferred hotel in Braunschweig for short business visits. Standard rooms are not very big but well organised and equipped. Tasteful Lounge/lobby and breakfast area that doubles as a nice place to get some work done with power outlets generously dotted around. Good service and very nice breakfast. Good location right next to the train station and all public transport with the city centre just a short tram or scooter ride away. The free pass for the public transport they give you when you stay comes in handy.

Staff was nice and helpful, building looks fresh and nice. We bought breakfast and it was great. Location was nice and safe as well. Room was clean, I like that there was an possibility to open a window to get some fresh air.

There were sliding doors to the bathroom so it gave a very little sens of privacy there. Besides of that, everything else was fine.

Modern design, rooms and furniture, close to train station and public transport, very good breakfast.

No possibilities to eat in the evening, only a location outside, nearby and the fast foods in the train station.

+ nice & modern hotel with a machine for check-in + very good beer at the bar + free parking for a night just next to the hotel (at the T-Mobile shop)

Rooms were excellent and perfectly clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. Near to Hauptbahnhof and tram and bus stations Option to get free transportation ticket if you are member of the hotel chain

The room was tedy and clean. The intercity transport ticket was vey helpful and saved my money. The welcome membership 10€ voucher was a nice and helpful idea.

The fridge does not work. The temperature was too high at night. Water was served only first night.

I have been in the hotel several times and the staff at the reception is not polite at each time. Only Juliane Herrmann was really helpful to solve my problem at my previous trip.

Very clean and staff were polite and helpful.

Could be nice to have a double duvet for the bed instead of two singles.
