The location was very good, you have 2 options: 1- Either you can walk a 2 minuets ramp to reach some stairs and the stairs takes you directly to Haram. ( Stairs are not that hard to climb up or down if you are in good health, for once a day. But more than twice a day it is harder, and definitely for elders or if you are carrying bags it is not an easy option) 2- Second option is through Golf car the hotel provides, which is very convenient for elders, it takes you up/down a steep ramp then you have to walk 5-7 mins to reach Haram gate. ( golf car stop is in-front of Makarem Ajyad hotel, which is a very short and strait road walking distance). Despite it was only 1 golf cart available, it never felt long for waiting as you already can see from a distance the car, and it is a very short distance for the car to drive up/down the steep ramp.

My room was in the first floor, directly in-front of multiple air conditioner fans installed for the hotel, which made the room little noisy because of the 24hrs huge number of constantly running fans. Despite the noise, because I liked the hotel I did not even bother to ask to change rooms.

I was really surprised by the rating and the services provide. Hotel was awesome and deserves a higher rating really First the cost is very budget friendly and very good value for money spent Rooms i think have been refurbished and are in very good condition, we got a double bedroom room which was very tidy , neat and spacious.. got ample amount of free coffee and toiletries, towels were provided and chnaged when requested .. Tv had Streaming services so the kids enjoyed ... They have a dine in menu option and prices and nearly similar to what u get from outside haram hotels , for exmaple Nuss Faham or Half grilled chicken with rice was for 25 riyals ... lots of varieties in their dine in menu like biryani.l , pasta , fillets , traditional saudi disehs and some sandwiches .. Staff was very friendly when ever we ordered room service .. The hotel is on a hilly area so it will be challenging for elderly or those who have difficulties while walking but there are golf cart rides up and down the hill for free so thats a solution... going down the hill is easy and on your way to haram in the middle there is AlAsimah Ice cream branch 😋 in case you got tired going down the hill .. I book for me , wife and 3 kids a double bedroom suite in Muharram month for 380 Riyals a day which was a bargain .. I wrote this lenghty review just bcoz i didnt like the low rating of this hotel which really deserves more ..

The golf car rides were less maybe 1 or 2

The hotel and the rooms were clean and the staff was cooperative. The hotel was located near the mosque.

1-The WiFi lost internet connection mostly I wasn't even able to load emails sometimes. 2- The hotel is up a slope which is very steep. So if you are young and strong, it wouldn't be a problem. But if you are traveling with someone old or has knee problems, this would become a hindrance. To compensate, the hotel had gold carts to pick or drop their guests down the slope. However, there was only one golf cart operational mostly and it would be hard to get your turn as a lot of people would be waiting to take their turn.

In conclusion, the Elaf Ajyad Hotel is a solid choice for anyone looking for a budget-friendly stay near the Haram with decent facilities. It’s not luxurious but serves its purpose well for pilgrims.

location was on the hill and it wasn't easy for my parents.

The hotel rooms were decent. The hotel had good service, very helpful staff. Sohel in tower B was particularly very helpful. What ever negatives we had regarding the hotel, his exceptional service made us overlook them.

The location is on a hill so people with wheelchairs have challenges in my case my mom, but they have buggy service which covers for it most of the time. The Hotel never answers their phone, over a period of 3 weeks I had tried reaching the hotel multiple times on the number provided by them never once has someone answered.

they maintain cleanliness even its hard to do so, since it is peak season and theay are fully booked or almost.

The thing why I cannot give a 5 star is that I requested a Haram view for our Rm. but, they didn’t grant my request, and not even apologetic or explain why I can’t have a haram view Rm. 2nd is the lady in their front desk was easily intimidated, and irritated, you know its a lil bet hard to understand the way they speak in English and when I ask her to come again She got irritated.

I stayed for one week and had an amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for easy access to the Haram, and the room was clean and comfortable

if i had ro mention something, the hotel could improve the Wifi speed and connectivity , but overall it didn't affect my stay significantly.

we arrived at hotel 1 hour early thwen checking time .I requested early check in but they point at Time clock and says it's 4 Pm even 20 minutes before tine we tried asking again if we can get in our room and put our stuff check showed me the clock again I can give them benefit of being busy other then thus All things were on point would love you cone again and stay at same place

Very close to masjid al Haram. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff is very cooperative. Housekeeping and other facilities like tea refills and water were offered everyday at your doorstep, which was a step up compared to other hotels.

Hotel is located on an incline , but they do have cart services to escort you down the hill when youre leaving, however carts not available when you wanna go back up the hill which was pretty inconvenient. Breakfast costs 35. but its not worth it at all.

The location was close by and convenient for the price we paid. We booked a family suit and the rooms were spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

The location is an uphill. Hence, it might not be convenient for elderly people, but there is a taxi/golf cart available for getting guests down and up the hotel. Recommend to keep the phone number of taxi drivers for more convenience. Also, they need to upgrade the furniture and curtains as they are very old.
