Property was well laid out and right on the beach. Rooms were a good size. Location was excellent right on the beach

On check out our bill was paid in full. When we got home I had multiple pending credit card transactions from the Hyatt which amounted to several thousand dollars. We had to ring the hotel to ask them to remove the holds. They told us there was nothing they could do about it and it was the bank. For any other hotels/tour operators we used on the island and in Curacao we did not have this problem. The hotel were very unhelpful and it took nearly 3 weeks for them to remove the holds. I also was not informed at check in that they would be putting these holds on my card. So beware and ask when checking in what is going to be charged to your card.

The beach is pristine and just steps away from the buildings. The location is phenomenal — you're within walking distance of some of the area's finest restaurants.

A couple of things to note: 1) Beach beds and umbrella huts come at an extra cost, and availability is quite limited even if you're willing to pay. 2) The beach bar was the biggest disappointment — it fell short of expectations in both service and quality.

The staff from the from front desk to housekeeping to the food service areas all went above and beyond to make me and my friend feel welcome. The people of Aruba are some of the kindest and welcoming I have ever experienced in the Caribbean. The room was spacious for two people making for an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property is actually on Palm Beach not Eagle Beach which is short drive nearby. The beach is lovely, maybe a a few too many boats around making the water a little murky, but again the staff, service, and facilities on the beach and at the pools were outstanding. Renting a car was easy and helpful to get to other parts of the island (San Nicolas, Baby Beach).

The hotel is a nice size and not as huge as some around it, and so the facilities did not seem crowded. The grounds are beautiful from the pool down to the beach. Sitting under the palapas on the beach was so relaxing. The rooms were clean and quite nice. If you are looking for a fancy room, this is not the place. With such beautiful grounds and incredible weather, we spent little time in the room.

Some of the staff were awesome (especially housekeeping and the team down on the beach), but there was not consistency there.

The property had everything you needed - pool, beach, cabanas, restaurants, spa, kids club, pool/beach chair food service, easy towel access, well appointed rooms (no carpets!), excellent service - staff were all so kind and helpful!

When booking your pool/beach chairs, you pay one price whether renting 2 or 4 chairs. Seems a little wasteful and asking customers ‘how many chairs’ when reserving could free up chairs for others. They book up quickly!

Very pleased with customer service! Cleanliness and comfort in the room and around the resort were terrific. nice location for walking around the town.

Love that you can reserve palapas ahead of time. However, did not love the claustrophobic feeling of being too far back from the ocean.

Room was very good. Cleaned and well stocked on a daily basis. Beautiful property that was well maintained. Pools for adults and kids very clean. Beach was very close to the building. Plenty of activities available for yung and old. On site restaurants were very good. Across the street from the property is the center of the action with restaurants, bars, shops etc...

The beach wasn't the best we have been to, but the locals explained that was probably due to a large storm a few days prior to our visit.

Staff were very friendly, the beach and pool services were amazing, special recognition to Raul very friendly waiter that demonstrated huge customer services understanding making our stay amazing, the weather there was perfect.

I think some restaurants options were missing to be more specific only one nice place to have dinner. All others more as fast food restaurants.

The property itself is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and I enjoyed the adult pool and the beach so close by. Fod was very good as well.

The property is so close to South Beach that I had to request another room on the opposite facing side of hotel bc you can hear/feel the bass from the nightclubs until late into the night/morning. Once I was moved, I slept much better. I also dont like that you have to pay extra for certain pool chairs/daybeds.
