No breakfast but ok location. I am good I appreciate staff to care for a gusts. I needed longer time to pick up my things and I got that but needed to pay $25 for that extension . I could appreciate, if I could NOT need to pay extra for NOT checkout ON time. I understand all circumstances but sometimes flexibility could be appreciated and a key to better business. I got that treatment from different company hotels - chain.

As I mentioned, don’t treat people with the same rules, because we are unique and sometimes appreciation of us human beings is a key to better business and communication in that matter.

After finding out our initial reservation at a different location was somehow cancelled, we quickly booked a room here and showed up 20 minutes later. So many issues plagued our trip this time including my driver’s license didn’t show up before I left. (My only form of current photo ID.) We arrived at the front desk just before 9pm, tired, cranky, and hungry. Front desk staff were phenomenal!!! They let me use my Costco card as photo of after presenting the credit card used for booking, they kept the pool open an extra half hour so my 4 and 5 year old could burn off some of their pent up energy, and they brought our door dash order to us so we didn’t have to come back down. Rooms were clean, location was super convenient for the final leg of our journey, and the beds were SO comfy! Plus the rate ended up being less for the cancelled motel with no pool!

That we didn’t book there first! 🤣🤣

Comfortable beds, friendly staff and a great approach to problem solving. Upon arrival I was placed in a room that smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke, but I was changed to another room without concern. While I unfortunately had an A/C unit that did not turn on, the maintenance staff were both friendly and went to the extent of changing the entire unit. Their conduct while doing so was exceptional, and the room was then comfy and ideal for a one night stay around the airport.

Fully checking the rooms for smell and functionality would have saved me a couple of phone calls as a guest, but they worked really well to find solutions once notified.

Close location, good clean rooms. Looks like they did renovations and have new flooring (removed carpet put in laminate). Big comfy beds, functioning tv and coffee maker, toiletries. Had a late check in and the staff are very helpful and allowed us a slightly later checkout. Team of cleaners going through the rooms in the morning, well maintained and getting some updates. Love the restaurant located by the front desk

Have to pay for bottled water. No water bottle filling stations or complimentary water. Swimming pool has been broken and under construction for a long time, not mentioned on the website where they have photos of the pool and hot tub advertised.

THE ROOM WAS MADE UP VERY ELEGANT!

WHEN YOU DRIVE UP TO THE HOTEL THE OUTSIDE LOOKS LIKE A DUMP!! NOT CLEAN AND TIDY!! BRICKS FALLING AWAY FROM BUILDING! NO FLOWER PLANTS! DRIVEWAY NEEDS TO BE POWER WASHED!

The host at the front desk, met the best price as mentioned on the website, and accommodated me, so I didn't have to move rooms when I decided to extend my stay.

The grab and go breakfast, is more like crap in a bag. Loaded with sugar and fat. A very processed muffin, an apple which was a little old, with warm concentrated orange juice ( concentrated?), and an inedible chocolate chip cookie which tasted like it surpassed its forever shelf life, personally I spit mine out. The granola bar was ok, not the healthiest but ok. Perhaps offer your guests a sugary or healthy grab and go. Try "Be Kind" products, and offer an apple, a banana and a small bottle of water. Can't imagine feeding that to children that early in the morning.

Our stay cost me less than I expected, which was a pleasant & welcomed discovery for our budget. The room was clean & comfortable. We really appreciated the AC!

Extra pillows would have been nice, as I found the pillows extremely soft/flat. The weird microwave oven that was only in French & ridiculously underpowered was weird. We strangely didn't have an alarm clock -- or any clock -- in our room.

The comfortable bed & pillows, the deep bathtub, the airport view & the desk, the $50.00 security deposit refunded as promised.

The location a bit far from major supermarkets ( city center) more industrial area, office chair's hight adjustment lever broken, stains on the chair & footrest, WiFi didn't stay connected all the time, the card had to be taken to the front desk as it often didn't work with the elevators. Maybe the front desk staff be a bit more welcoming, friendly & with some smile.

The staff were amazing. I like how you have to use your card to use the elevator-gives that extra sense of security. And the price was amazing and the room and bed were soooo comfortable. Literally my favourite calgary hotel now(I've stayed twice, once by myself for 2 nights in November. And once in December with my fiance.)

Everything was perfect. Nothing could be better! I was so happy both times that I stayed there.
