Close to airport. Free shuttle Breakfast

The breakfast bar needs more variety. Only two cheapest cereal corn flakes and cheerios. Need musli or granola. Had plain oatmeal packets, but no microwave! Toast, yogurt was good. Need another fruit choice than apples. I was there within 1/2 hour of starting, so should have had at least bananas. OJ juice was not real OJ and didn't taste good. Kitchen clean and kept stocked with what had. Just not a lot of choices. Only one choice muffin, etc. other than that. They did alright, even got me a taxi when shuttle wasn't working right, etc.

The staff was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The hotel is so quiet that you wouldn't think anyone was there. The only thing we heard was airplanes above us. The first room we had was clean and on the top floor with an amazing view. But sadly, the bed was off the frame and couldn'tstay in there. We told the front desk about it, and they immediately put us in another room on the 2nd floor with a wonderful view as well. Which was very clean and comfortable. I've stayed in many hotels over the years, and this one was by far the best one. Affordable, clean, and close to everything. I recommend anyone who wants a comfortable sleep to go there.

The rooms were comfortable and affordable and the staff were excellent -- Prithvi was such a lovely soul to talk to on the way in and out in the mornings! Kind enough not only to remember us, but to ask how our artisan market work was going from day to day. It's really the little things that make hotels homey, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his attentiveness! Also, props for being the first hotel we've visited in a long while where both the heater AND the mini fridge actually worked (very exciting when you're working long days away from home and comfort/convenience is paramount)!

Though the Wi-fi was fine on my computer, it was a bit spotty on my partner's phone (he just switched to data, though, so nbd for us). Also, though the breakfast was a pretty good (meatless) spread overall -- and we loved the muffins! -- it didn't have peanut butter (or another allergy-friendly protein substitute) available as a spread for the toast/English muffins, only butter and strawberry jam? PB would be my go-to choice if it was on offer next time, just to get a little more protein in at the start of the day!

At this price range, hotel is good and it was clean. I wasnt expecting this level of cleaning. I was under impression that super 8 cleaning is not that par. But after visiting here no more complaints, i believe, it all depends upon staff, how well they supervise the operations.

Everything was good, the only thing they can improve on washroom corner, some of the woods are getting old and it is coming out. Repairs are required. And please update trolly to carry luggage into the room.

The location is safe and the receptionist is friendly.

We don’t like your policy that your staff can turned off half of the light and TV when there still people inside and without even announcement .That’s Rude!!!! Your dining room employee turned off half of the light and turned off the TV without even announcement and walked out after. There’s still people eating and watching the TV. What is few minutes over from your schedule.They are already inside ,Let them finished .We also worked in restaurant industry but we never turned off light when there’s still people inside and turned off TV when someone still watching specially without announcement..

Good sized room with 2 double beds. Breakfast was included so we didn't need to go out. Transfer from the airport was good value at $10.50 per room. Just call them when you arrive at the airport and a driver will come straight out at any time. Transfers to the airport are free.

Suggest providing an extra quilt or blanket as the room was quite chilly and the heating was noisy to leave on all night (or guests can crank up the heating and use earplugs). Some fruit with breakfast would be nice. Even just canned fruit.

Lovely staff, free transport to airport, room was clean comfortable and more than enough space, beds very comfortable, heating was fast to warm up whole room, WiFi had good connection, shower had good pressure. Regular buses going into the centre and shops within walking distance (big mall 20 min walk away).

Had a loud family next door on my last stay obviously not the fault of the hotel, however if you need complete quiet to sleep soundproofing is not amazing.

A Super 8 is not a Ritz-Carlton, it's a low cost hotel. That taken into consideration, my stay was excellent. Furniture is dated yet very well maintained, good mattresses, coffeemaker, AC, microwave. It's clean and quiet. The personnel were friendly and there was sufficient free parking. What else can you ask for in a budget hotel?

Breakfast is included in the price (which doesn't mean it's free!!!) and there is a lot of space left for improvement here. Selection is minimal, quality bottom end and refilling doesn't work properly.

The front desk manager was over the top friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is dated it was immaculately clean. The bed was very comfortable as well as the bedding. Very good value.

For the price we paid for the hotel included breakfast. I knew it couldn’t be much for the price. It was actually worse then not much. We didn’t eat there. Still happy w the price etc though I’m wondering if it would be better not to advertise an included breakfast

I was running real late due to weather and I called they made sure I didn't lose my room and when I checked in seeing that I have mobility issues they gave me a room on the ground floor and right close to reception.

The parking spaces could have been cleaned a bit better once you left the area right in front of the door it was not cleared even to get to your vehicle was all uneven walking due to the foot traffic so for me it was a bit unpleasant
