Nice room. Nice pool with good water temperature (not too cold) and nice hot tub temperature (not too high).

The waffle maker requires 3 minutes to cook a waffle. 1 of the 2 waffle makers was out of order for all 6 days of our stay and there were long lineups, so I only had waffles twice. This waffle maker should have been fixed in a couple of days. Also 1 of the 2 washing machines was out of order for all 6 days of our stay. Lastly it looked as though an outsider was in the breakfast room on 1 day since he helped himself to a large amount of food and never ate any of it in the breakfast room. Staff who I reported this person to dealt with the situation well, but the person should not have been allowed to enter the hotel.

The reception staff were friendly with us. We arrived before check-in time but were able to leave our bags there until our room was ready. Parking is right in front of the accommodation, which was very convenient. We had breakfast there and everything was tasty. The location is good for finding places to eat nearby. On the first day, we ate at the Greek restaurant just across the street, which was good, and for dinner, we went to the Wendy’s burger place. Everything was as expected at this accommodation.

The cleanliness of the room and facility were excellent. The cleaning staff came in daily and redid our beds and cleaned up the bathroom (refreshed the towels) which was a welcome surprise. Since covid, anywhere I’ve stayed doesn’t do that anymore. The breakfast was good (we only made it to one. We slept in too late the other days). The front desk staff were prompt, polite and helpful. I had put a request in my reservation to be put far away from elevators/main areas and that was honoured which I greatly appreciated.

For the price point we paid, I think all of our needs were met and then some. I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like.

It had everything we would need for a short stay in Calgary. The beds were comfy, bathroom utilities fine. The staff was very kind and even lend us the electric kettle for the room. The commute was quite sufficient with the city centre and it took a short walk of around 10 minutes to the nearest metro station.

Definitely in need to improve the breakfast table. The second day we didn't even bother going up there to eat and just went to the nearest bruch place.

The breakfast was very good. Many different options to choose from. If you left hungry, that wasn't the hotels fault. There was literally something for everyone. They have a waffle maker, yogurt, 4 choices of cold cereal, 3 hot items, selection of croissants, bagels, bread, fresh fruit, different juices, and a baked loaf and mini brownies/sweets to choose from. We also liked the pool/hot tub/exercise area. We only used the hot tub, but it was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day.

This isn't the hotels fault, however, the breakfast room needed to be a little larger. One day on the weekend, we went for breakfast around 7:30 and ended up leaving as soon as we were done eating because there were no other tables to sit at and the serving area was still filled with people wanting to sit down and eat.

The breakfast and the room it was served in was marvelous. I certainly wasn't expecting warm food and such an assortment.. The beds and bedding were nice, we even had a kitchenette. The walls seemed thin however, especially to the parking lot. When people were talking/walking past the room it sounded like they were right in our room. Come to think of it my daughter was able to pull an extra shade down which did help muffle the sound to some degree.

Breakfast very good we enjoyed it. The bed is just right the firmness and the room is nice just right for us with the 4 person.

The aircondition is not that cold, or probably we just didnt know how to adjust it. The toilet is very slow to fush and also the sink the water doesnt go down very fast. The swimming pool its occupied from the people learning how to swim with the instructors and they ate not the guest of the hotel so we cant really enjoy swimming with the pool . No elevator too although its not that high but what if you have lots of luggages.

The beds were comfortable. Very nice kitchenette. Everything we needed was just a quick drive to get to or a short walk. The pool and jacuzzi is kept very clean. Complementary breakfast had a lot of options. Staff was very friendly

Parking was tight. I realize they have designated pet friendly rooms but ours had a musty odour to it. There was no window to open to allowed fresh air into the room. Bring your tablet if needed because the tv & cable is disappointing.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Pool. Good breakfast. The seating areas were great, especially outside.

Floors. The carpet in the room was wet and dirty (it was not visible from the outside). Socks and feet were very dirty after walking. Also soap accessories: for three adults there is 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner and 1 shower gel.

Very friendly staff and very clean around the pool and in the rooms. Nice to receive a cookie at the desk from the very kind and accommodating stuff and also appreciated that they had a gluten-free option for me for breakfast like I asked in the booking.

Obviously under renovations, so I’m assuming that they’ll change the carpet in the hallways eventually as they are outdated but the one thing that I didn’t like was the smelly cleaner that they were using because I’m allergic to scents. And my elderly mother didn’t like that there was no elevator. It was hard for her to use the stairs to have to go up to breakfast.
