Our room on the fifth (top) floor was very quiet. Price was very good with Booking.com, $40 less a night than directly with Wyndham. There were two queen beds, comfortable but we prefer a firmer mattress. There was a small coffee maker and we were able to get a small fridge and microwave brought to our room. Location was very good as we were attending a wedding near the legislature buildings which were a 10 minute walk. There was a variety of dining locations nearby on Jasper Ave and 100th Ave. Parking was only $10.50 a night, very reasonable for Edmonton. Staff were extremely friendly and housekeeping requests were very prompt.

We only had two bath, two hand, and two washcloths for a weekend stay, however housekeeping promptly brought up more when we needed. Some bath towels were quite old with tattered edges. Newer plush towels would help. Parking although reasonable was very tight in spaces and ramps. Access to hotel from level 2 parking involved several steps to lobby elevator access. I believe higher floors (3 to 5) had elevator access with only a few steps, so best to park on levels 3 to 5. There was no breakfast included and Cora's (access from lobby) was very expensive so we did not eat there.

I like the location of the hotel right by LRT station. I was very pleased with by room. The bed was very comfortable. I was surprised that I had a large size t. v. That was a bonus ! Programing was good also. The front desk staff staff were very professional. I would like to comment on Vlad a friendly guy at the front desk. If my travels do take me to Edmonton in the future. I cert will stay there again.

Nothing really. I found some issue with the heating system. However the maintenance was trying to repair things.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the Portuguese person working the day shift! She was nice and welcoming! I also appreciated the welcome note left by the person cleaning the room. The staff is what gives this place a higher rating.

The room initially lacked a mini-fridge, but it was quickly sorted. There was no Wi-Fi in the room despite late-night hours of troubleshooting with staff and the call centre. I had to rely on my mobile data, which was frustrating. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Clean, very cozy, comfortable. For my daughter, the indicator of good service is an anti-slip mat in the bathroom. and shower gel. So, according to her assessment, the hotel deserves 10 stars out of five. )). In fact, the hotel is really very cool. Everything is great in it. A separate plus is the coolness in the room and very tasty coffee. Thank you. Definitely, if we are in Edmonton again - we definitely know where to stay now.

Great sized room that was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed - felt palatial! Hotel is well located for Downtown Edmonton, within walking distance of the Alberta Legislature and river, and also close to public transport links. We were delayed checking in because of our flight, and staff messaged us to assure us they knew we were coming and they were waiting for us - which was nice of them!

Clean and good location for our trips purpose. Nice and quiet room. We liked the makeup remover wipes but didn’t realise some were shoe shine wipes and used these on our face too!

Walking around in the evening was a little uneasy as there was a lot of drug users hanging around on Jasper av near the LRT. We know this is not the hotels responsibility. Pillows in the rooms were not so comfy and no creamer in the rooms for the coffee/tea

Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Michelle! We were able to check in early. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Great shower and love the Dove products. The location was excellent. Close to attractions like the Royal Alberta Museum, Art Gallery, and Theatres, as well as restaurants and cafes. Very close to bus stops and the Light Train System. We were also able to store our luggage for the day.

Not one complaint.

The room was quite old and nothing fancy, but it was very spacious and had everything we needed. I was really impressed by the cleanliness (and it's hard to impress me because I worked in hospitality before, so I know where to look). I can say the housekeeping staff does a really great job. Also, the receptionists were very nice and helpful. However, I didn't like the view from the window—it was just a concrete wall and a parking lot. Overall, it was great value for money. I wouldn’t stay here for my honeymoon, but for a casual trip, it was perfect.

the location was great and the room was spacious.

the parking could be a real nightmare at times. there seemed to be only one level for guests and that was only 7 odd spaces and then the rest were numbered but it wasn't explained what these numbered spaces were and we seen other people parking in them and then going into the hotel. it also wasn't explained what you were to do if you didn't get a space since you've already paid for parking - one two occasions we went up and down the parking structure and only got one since someone left

Conveniently located for exploring downtown Edmonton. Numerous cafés, pubs and restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.

According to booking.com, parking is included. As a matter if fact, there is an adjoining garage, but it is 10$ per day - which is not expensive when compared to other parking in the vicinity, but still I think the description is slightly misleading in this context.
