Location was good and staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional Hotel was good with Starbucks and Atlas restaurant on site very good food and drinks Loved being able to include our pomeranian dog in our visit he was a hit with staff and guests Overall stay was fantastic we would reccomend it and will return

There was ongoing issues with room key access due to program updates so it was slightly frustrating on several occasions to reenter our room, staff were very sympathetic and accommodating Rooms could use update Otherwise great stay

The hotel itself is awesome. The room was big and comfy equipped with a big flat TV; the washroom was clean and bright, just as what we were looking for at a hotel. But what really stood out for us during the stay was the hotel manager, who was extremely helpful when we brought up our question and request to him! I highly recommend this hotel to people who don't mind a 15min commute to the metro station! I promise for the space and price that you paid, it's totally worth it.

During our stay in the hotel, there was a construction outside. The noise did bother us a little bit since me and my family were staying in the hotel all day trying to adjust to our jetlag.

We spent here just one night and had everything we needed, beds and pillows were comfy, room is spacious and location is close enough to Simon Fraser University were we needed to go

We had a room with a highway view and it was a bit too noisy at night. Also the price is pretty high for a standard room, location and services.

The room is newly renovated. We have been free upgrades to delux double queen. The bed and sheets are all very comfortable. The casino and hotel interior looks very luxury.

There is no pool. Hot tub is outside and the water is not very hot, but the gym is very good though.

I like the general atmosphere and its connected to the casino.

I have much stuff that I need to up and own. No one helped as according to them they do not have a concierge to do that. This is the reason why I could not give it a higher mark.

Room was simple, but with all amenities. Shower head was awesome! Breakfast at the Bistro was delicious and staff were friendly. Dinner party in the steak house was great! Reception staff were pleasant and efficient. I’ll stay there again.

Convenient location .. have stayed before and knew the area. Free parking also a bonus.

Room was stark. Furniture was in terrible condition and needs replacing. Quite noisy on the freeway side of the building. Toilet was so small and low it was excessively difficult to use.

Helpful friendly staff. Convenient restaurant for breakfast. Friendly service at the restaurant.

The shampoo and body wash bottles were nearly empty when we arrived we stayed for 7 days and they were never filled

Everyone we came across was very friendly and happy. As well as helpful!! And OMG the food was outstanding!!

The room was clean, access to casino was a plus. Friendly staff and good food.

Room temperature was a bit difficult to stabilize. The bed was a bit small for the price.
