Great location. Very friendly staff.

Issue with my toilet not flushing. Unfortunately, it was not100% repaired. Although it was now flushing, the toilet had leaked all over the bathroom floor ,causing me to slip on the tile floor in the middle of the night. I tried my best to clean up the water & placed an ice bucket on the floor to catch the leak. Next day, a replacement toilet was installed but it was not a stable fixture. Very unsteady to sit on it during use. Upon checkout on my final day, I discovered the staff was supposed to notify me & offer me a room change. This did not occur. They discounted me one night's stay.

I loved the friendly staff and my room. It was a little hot but with an opening window it was easy to regulate. The room was clean and relatively quiet. I would 10/10 stay there again. Definitely will be staying there when we are back in the spring.

I didn't like that only utensils for the breakfast were paper. I can see for people taking their breakfasts to their rooms. Literally hated this about this the breakfast. As well when I did not want the room cleaned I asked for extra coffee pods for the room the following day. We had a hockey team staying at the hotel at the same time and they choose to play nicky nicky nine doors between 10:30 and 11 pm.....that is on the parenting not the hotel.

The staff was kind. We were happy to receive the welcome cookie when I checked in. The cookie was warm and delicious. The room is so clean. In addition, it's very convenient because there is a cottonwood shopping mall and many restaurants nearby. Easy to get it what we needed. It takes 15 minutes from the hotel to the cultus adventure and water park.

However, finding the hotel entrance can be confusing. The hotel location is next to Highway 1, so it can be noisy. Not recommended for noise-sensitive people.

Front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good and I appreciated have my that perk to my stay,

I felt it was very expensive for a no frills hotel. I chose it because of the location. Also it was weird to go to Ricky’s next door with no access to the restaurant because of the huge fence separating the properties. We had to walk all the way around in a downpour which was annoying. The lobby could use an upgrade and refresh as it is very dated. The staff however were very nice and friendly!

The location was excellent for us, as we were just sight seeing. The breakfast was good, but some of the other Comfort Inns offer different hot items following days. Staff was excellent and looked after everything very well. We enjoyed the room with the larger mini-fridge, sofa, table and two chairs. Would certainly stay here again if we were back down again.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety. I liked the fact that you had cranberry juice in the dispenser..very nice touch.

A little miscommunication with the time of breakfast. In the information book that was in the room it said breakfast started at 0630. My husband went down about 0640 and there was a sign on a board at the breakfast room saying it started at 0700. Luckily as we were turning away the breakfast attendant came out of the kitchen area and told us we could come in as breakfast was ready. She was very kind and helpful.

After driving for over 7 hours, it was great to overnight in comfort. Bathroom, bedding, room exceptional. Really clean, lovely soft towels, nice firm mattress. Able to park right outside of our room, really liked the sliding doors to the outside. Only stayed 1 night, but very happy with our choice.

It was a bit too expensive.

Location was close to family who we were visiting and also close to shops and restaurants. Also very quiet which ensured that we had a good nights sleep.

Disposable plates, cups, glasses and cutlery used at beakfast should be replaced with reusable ones made of china, glass and metal. A lot less waste; besides, wooden utensils perform poorly compared to metal ones.

We arrived at 9pm and they didn’t give our reservation away. Lots of parking next door for my SUV/boat. Great breakfast with lots of variety. Staying in Chilliwack allows you to miss the morning Vancouver rush hour entirely.

Kinda expensive, but it was the cheapest option in the area.

The staff is always friendly.. We book here every time we have a show in Chillwack.. The breakfast lady remembered us. So so friendly. They helped us out with changing our room the last night of our 4 day stay so one of our friends could stay with us. The rooms are always clean. Quite and most important we feel safe. Thank you
