I like that some rooms were pet friendly and that the hotel restaurant was very accommodating with making room for us and our pets for dinner. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the hotel in general was very quiet. The reception desk was very helpful and quick to accommodate our needs.

I did not like that I had to pay extra to have pets with me - Even though everyone does it I just don't understand the reasoning behind it. I also did not like that if I wanted to, I could use the hotel carpark but I had to pay for it - considering we are already paying quite a bit of money to stay there I think this was unnecessary. I also would have enjoyed to have a little bit more TV variety as a lot of functions such as Netflix, weren't accessible to us.

Everything! View amazing 3 rd floor .beds comfortable attached restaurant beautiful although not doing breakfast in may. Lovely kitchen area in room. The room are just lovely and will return. No real food shop in town. So bring groceries with you. Lots of restaurants though.

Excellent location. Room was great, newly equipped with everything you need and even more (full kitchen is amazing, comfy beds, cozy lounge zone). We also appreciated the hot tub, which was extremely wanted after chilly lake waters.

I'd appreciate if the parking fee was included in stay, as its a sort of being a bit petty to charge $10/night additionally given the price for the room.

Good View and good service, especially when you can't find a parking spot and need some help, the manager allowed me to park in the basement, it's a much spacer and safer place compared to other cars outside----I feel I like a VIP. Sorry I forget his name, but this is a real Black Gental Man I want to see next time!

- The parking lot is full of cars from outside, I couldn't find a spot for parking my car at 8pm. I know there was a renew project on going, I hope this could be solved soon. - It's not warm spring water in the pool, it's chill even in August.

This is the place to stay in Harrison Hot Springs. Spacious rooms, great staff and our room came with a balcony. Avoid the Harrison Hot Springs Resort. It is run down and they treat their staff poorly.

There wasn't much not to like. The balcony could do with a bit of tlc perhaps but it was a great room especially after the poor experience we had had with Adelsta hotel group in the area.

Great location, just in front of the lake, very nice view! Parking is easy, both in front of the hotel and at the back.

I booked for 4 person, but it only has one bed and the other one was a sofa bed which is not what I expected, I was looking for 2 full size beds.

It’s convenient

The people in the upper floor is like a giant and they keep moving the chair everywhere, even you are sleeping you gonna wake up right away because of that noise, I think they need to upgrade their floor from specially in the dining area where the chair can move everywhere.

We had one of the refurbished family rooms which was excellent and we were given a lake view room with a balcony. The views of the lake were outstanding! The Pool was great and hot tub but hot tub a little too hot!

The check in system online was frustrating - would much rather have done it with a real person on arrival.

Lack of kitchen supplies like dish cloth or sponge, lack of bathroom amenities. One Tv in the room was not working but tv in the living room was good.

Room was beautifully renovated and very clean. The pool and hot tub were also well maintained and great temperature.We enjoyed the view and the patio

Would like a screen door on the glass sliding door for fresh air and prevention of bugs getting in.Dishwasher would be helpful.
