The staff were very friendly and gave us complimentary bottles of water upon arrival and also when we asked for some upon leaving. One could tell that this older building had been refurbished and looked and smelled new and pleasant. It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was very good, including hot items like mini omelets and sausage and make-your-own pancakes, as well as cold options such as cereal, yogurt, fruit, and delicious muffins. The breakfast area was spacious with easy access to each station.

Having an exercise room in the building would be a nice addition. However, there was the option of walking across the street and using a full gym there with key fob access from the hotel. So I have no complaints. 😃

I like the location, the room, the staff. They were super helpful and super nice.

I didnt like that the jacuzzi didnt work.. we rented the room for a romantic night and searched hotel rooms based off the in room jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was the reason we rented at this hotel and room it was a huge disappointment that we couldn't turn it on

I was very pleased with our stay! Room was clean and comfortable, staff was super nice and accommodating. Located in same area as most hotels in Kamloops. Great value for money. No issues with noise. Would definitely stay again!

Pool was a bit murky, but I'm sure it would have been fine if we'd had time to utilize it. Other than that no negatives! The place was great.

The room was clean and they provide name brand toiletries. I'm very happy to say that the windows in our room open which is something you see less and less in hotels these days for some reason. We also had a kitchen in our room which was an unexpected pleasant surprise. The property is also very accessible for anyone with a mobility device.

I wanted a room with a balcony but I didn't get one unfortunately. I also wish they allowed pets so we can bring the family dog next time.

During the night, there was a loud noise coming from the pipes — possibly from a neighboring room using water. It was quite disturbing and made it difficult to sleep. I truly hope this can be fixed so that future guests in this room can feel more comfortable.

Conveniently located and equipped with all amenities for a comfortable stay. Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and also contained cooktop and some utensils for cooking. Morning breakfast was good too.Overall nice place for a short stay.

Check-in was easy and front desk was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We required a quiet room to stay in after surgery. Front desk ensured that we were placed in a comfortable, quiet room. The pool and hot-tub was great for my son and I to play in while mama rested. Breakfast was simple but good. Something for everyone's tastes. As someone who is over 6', I normally find showers to be too short for me. This was not the case here. I was able to shower without issue. Would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the staff for an enjoyable stay.

Some of the carpet throughout the halls could be replaced. Some paint peeling in places, but nothing too much.

The location was great and the property has been tastefully renovated.

We had a small pet fee and the charge at this hotel was $30 per night which is way too much. Because of that if we have our dog with us we probably won’t stay there.

Breakfast was fantastic, great selection, warm choices and very tasty. Swimming pool was a nice bonus, very nice water temperature. Bath supplies were excellent.

Hot tub jets not really functional. Not enough dishes in the kitchenette, only 2 plates, no soup or any other plates or cups.

The hotel was in a good place, clean, it had a pool/hot tub and a continental breakfast.

We booked the hotel for a few days and the worker only put in for one day. So we were locked out and had to call the worker on for that day to reset our keys. The parking lot is awkward for parking a truck in a spot.
