At continental breakfast, I found this in the apple juice from the apple juice machine; it looked exactly like a flat worm. Unfortunately, I bit and swallowed a part of it and later felt sick. The staff said they would send me a discount (how about free stay?) for next visits, but they never did.

This was a pet friendly room that worked well for us. Beds were comfortable and I so appreciated that there was a bathtub in the room instead of just a shower. Nice that a breakfast was provided.

We were on the first floor and could hear those above us early in the evening but not through the night or morning. Breakfast wasn't anything special. The area beside the building has been planted with beautiful fruit trees and flowering trees but it hasn't been kept up at all and that is such a shame as it wouldn't take much to keep it clean and manicured and would present the property so much better.

Breakfast was nice and started at 6:30 for early risers. (Waffles, fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt, muffins, eggs, etc.) Also, it’s great that they allow pets and there is a nice area with a picnic table for dogs to do their business. The room was very clean and newly updated. The bedding and pillows are okay, but the pillows are hard and the blanket is old but the sheets are okay. I was sent a pre-arrival check in on line which was very convenient because when I arrived, the key and check in info was handed directly to me with no wait at all. The pool is clean and refreshing.

They could improve on the bedding and pillows but for the price it’s great value for the cost.

The breakfast was great. It supposedly began at 6:30 but we had to leave early, so we were pleasantly find the breakfast room open at 6:00 with coffee and warm hard boiled eggs already ready and plenty of other items accessible.

The bathroom tap had to be turned right for hot and left for cold !!! The electrical outlets were too loose for us to easily plug things in. Such as our electronics for recharging. It was impossible to arrange seating and a small table for a game of cards. But clean and comfortable, nice soap and shampoo etc. Clean.

The whole room was amazing! I slept for 12 hrs on this bed, I have never slept this long in my life.The bed and pillows were so soft.The room is very big and comfortable.We had the room with the jacuzzi and it was amazing! I was so relaxed after.It also has a bathroom that has 2 shower heads so you can shower with your husband and no one gets cold.This room is exceptional and super good value for the price.I would recommend this room to everyone.The only reason I didn't give it a 10 out of 10 was because the breakfast didn't have a ton of options other then that we had a wonderful stay.

the breakfast was a bit lacking

The pool was fantastic along with the public bbq! The location was great and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was great and the staff were constantly refilling and refreshing the food.

The parking was extremely tight on the back end of the hotel making it hard to find parking to fit a van if your room is on the back side of the hotel.

Good location for those needing a stop over in Kamloops before continuing on with their travels or as a place to stay and explore. A short distance from the cardinal point access routes in and out of Kamloops and area. The pool was a nice place to return to after a hot day!

This property has exterior hallway/passages and the back sections needed repair and replacement of carpets. Fortunately the shabby exterior appearance outside our room didn’t reflect the interior appearance of our room, which was very clean and well maintained.

I like the location and accessibility. It’s like 3-5 mins away from Aberdeen mall and other establishments. The breakfast is the same everyday, but sometimes we have to ask for more plates and coffee coz it always runs out. The room is spacious and clean although the building is old.

Because of its location, expect some noises early in the morning. It’s a busy road and a lot of cars passing. The pool is not working (at the moment) so they offered to give us passes to YMCA building, which is in downtown area.

Location, clean comfortable room and bed. Even though we didn’t use the pool, it was clean and uncluttered with lounge chairs and a bbq

One small curiosity was, although the room was well appointed and obviously had been updated, it didn’t have a closet or angel where to hang clothes. It might have been just that one room and we worked around it. Not a big issue for us

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We arrived early and they were happy to accommodate us. We were exhausted and had flown from Sydney Australia and then drove from Vancouver Airport directly to the motel. Good breakfast!!

In the breakfast room there was a large plastic bin catching drpping water from leaky pipes from the rooms above. Not a real good health wise!!
