The location was excellent close to restaurants and shops I liked the friendly staff with excellent service The place was very clean I could walk to most places around even the library up the street The bus loop was not to far away I could get to Willow Brook mall by bus What more could you need

There was nothing I didn’t like I liked it all There was even a fitness room A pool I swam in almost every day A tv in the room to watch your programs you like An excellent Bathroom with shampoo and conditioner in the shower even body wash Chairs to sit on and you can connect to the internet with an easy access code From the hotel You could even unpack your clothes and put them away to make life easier for your self Had a fridge and microwave in the room what more could you need

The staff were so friendly (can only say good things about how nice the staff were) the breakfast was delicious, rooms were very clean, the hotel was very accommodating to our needs, the snack section was a great bonus, the pool was amazing and had no one in it throughout our stay (and the hot tub isn’t super hot which was perfect for us) and the location is fantastic. And parking was safe and secure. Will recommend to anyone needing a hotel locally.

There was one night staff who was not super friendly. Helpful when needed but felt unapproachable. Everything else (including all other staff) was amazing!

The breakfast had many options and was plentiful; the staff worked hard to keep up with the demand as the hotel was full during the holiday weekend. The beds were comfortable though my wife thought the mattress was a little on the firm side. Check-in and check-out were smooth and friendly. Desk person(s) were accommodating. WiFi was consistent. Parking was free and plentiful.

Only complaint was the breakfast room -- too small for the number of guests checked in during the Xmas holiday weekend -- it was a zoo. Not enough seating and very crowded around the food stations. Tip: if you stay here during a holiday weekend or on-season, come to breakfast early!

Room was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever had at a hotel. Only complaint was that the pool needed a deep clean. The water was murky and didn't feel clean. My 10 year old daughter couldn't see the bottom with goggles on and didn't want to swim as a result. The pool is also quite a bit smaller than it looks in the online pictures.

We love the location and the convenience. Also, there was a Denny’s next-door where we could get a nice breakfast, although the hotel itself served a wonderful breakfast also

The hotel was very busy and when we decided to stay an extra night, we were turned away because it was fully booked, which says a lot about the hotel. We were glad we stayed there.

Exceptionally clean and smart property, we normally use Sandmsn but gave this hotel a try and were very impressed. Very courteous professional staff and a truly good included breakfast, which was not poor quality as so many are. Position excellent for Langley and Fort Langley. Very good restaurants around. Lovely pool and hot tub, and even a sauna.

I asked for an accessible room which I received and it was very nice. However, the walk in shower had a very slippery floor which is very hazardous. I had to put a towel in the shower before using. In addition I would recommend using a lower profile bedframe. Bed is too high for those with mobility issues or in a wheelchair. Other than those two things, nice hotel!

The staff were great! Very welcoming, happy, and professional. The rooms were clean and bright with lots of lights. Beds were somewhat comfortable, pillows could use an upgrade but not terrible . I am very particular about where I stay due to cleanliness, and this hotel made the cut!

In general, don't like how much a hotel room costs. But under a Trudeau government will only worsen.

I rarely write reviews but I had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. In particular, I want tot highlight Nodira at the front. She was always kind, attentive and considerate throughout my stay. Thanks to her, my stay felt more comfortable and welcoming.

We had a comfortable stay. We booked the Queen Room with 2 queen beds, and the room was quite spacious. The beds were comfy, and the restful sleep helped us combat jetlag. For a typical Holiday Inn breakfast, it was good with a sufficient selection. For Langley, the location is quite central, and there are restaurants within walking distance. We would come back again.
