This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it’s always a solid choice for the area. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, excellent breakfast, on site parking; it’s great!

It’s a little pricey for the location. It’s not too far from the US border and it’s a good place to stop if you’re heading from the interior to the ferries but other than that Surrey doesn’t have much draw so I wish it was a more affordable spot.

Spacious room Very clean and tidy… Friendly and helpful staff. The adjacent restaurant was brilliant, excellent Indian menu on offer. Close to other brand restaurants and shop outlets

Breakfast was a bit sparse, very small selection and on paper plates…strange.

Really good coffee service.

Not much to say here. Parking was free, but hard to find if you got in late. I wish the mystery meat sausage links were browned a bit and some healthier, diabetic conscious choices in the breakfast...which is included in your room price.

The cleanliness of the room, the bathroom too were beautifully cleaned and the breakfast was perfect too and the staff were friendly too. The place is just perfect. I would definitely come back .

I liked everything

The front desk staff were friendly, helpful and funny, the rooms were clean and the decor was modern. Big fluffy towels and the bed was super comfortable. The indoor pool was perfect, we had a blast swimming and it wasn’t busy at all. The breakfast bar was a delicious selection of fresh waffles, pancakes, muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage and fixings for wraps, cereal, coffee, juice and tea. I will definitely be coming back for another overnight staycation!

Not a lot of amenities within walking distance.

The carpet was dirty and there was no fridge or complimentary water in the room or tea also housekeeping came daily but the bathroom wasnt cleaned daily

The sound travels very easily. We could hear talking in the hallway quiet often through the day, and someone was running laps on the floor above us for a decent hour or so at 8pm. The shower head hose is damaged and being held together by what looks like electrical tape. The problem is that this makes it almost impossible to get it to stay in any of the holders. At one point during my shower, it fell down and started do using the bathroom floor with water until I got a hold of it.

Staff are nice! Room was clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub except they ran out of clean towels in the pool so i had to go back to our room to get the towels from there. Breakfast was awesome! The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The price was good. The most important is it is dog friendly. We had a nice stay with our dog. Thank you.

Some parts of the room are a bit outdated, like the washroom, armchairs, carpets. But there are newly renovated parts too, like the oven and the counters. And they are kept clean, so it's still decent.
