We enjoyed the beautiful location. The beds were comfortable. Many of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We liked having a fridge, freezer, and microwave.

Parts of the room were filthy, other parts were very clean. We were disappointed when at 7:15 am all the breakfast muffins were already gone. Poor planning by the hotel. As well, it would be nice if the juice was not only on the weekends. We were also disappointed to learn all the amenities were add ons and we needed waivers to go for a nature walk. We enjoyed walking in the neighbourhood though.

The room was very clean and this cleanliness was maintained by daily cleaning. The hotel is located in a quiet green area away from the noise and bustle, which is good for me, but the nearest attractions are far away. Convenient underground parking with access only for hotel residents, fast Internet and delicious coffee are also among the advantages of this place.

When checking in, no one said anything about using the coffee machine, or that you can take fruits and muffins for breakfast. Also a surprise was the fact that parking is paid, only 10 cad per day, but nevertheless they did not warn about this in advance.

We stayed here on our first night on Vancouver Island, on our way up to the northern part of the island. It was a good location for that as we could get on Canada One without driving through Victoria in the morning. The beds were comfortable. They had good climate control for the room.

The bathroom and the table could have been cleaner. The lighting was very dim in the portion of the room where the beds are. Also they put a large hold on our credit card in case there were any damages to the room, probably because there were dents in the wall from previous occupants.

The hotel is very nice and the room itself comfortable with a great view of tall pines. The nearby restaurant was also very nice.

When we booked this hotel we didn't realize how far it was from the city. However the room was spacious. The TV didn't work part of the time and the selection disappointing so zoning out at the end of the day didn't work well with their TV.

We did enjoy the location and the room was very comfy and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn't have to ask for anything in addition to what was provided in the room. There are some nice hikes nearby

The only little issue we had was that the guest toilet kept running and produced a bit of a noise even at night. We alerted the staff and they promised to look at it after we left.

Everything was good until one staff member entered our room and told us that we were supposed to be checked out after our 1 night. She questioned us about our 2 night stay told us we should have checked out that morning...it was a shock..my anxiety levels went through the roof. After that the girl was quite snotty towards my husband and I. I will be calling manager today..

I really liked this hotel, it had a good price according to other hotels around Victoria. I really liked the area, it had a charm. There was a restaurant, again it won’t have the best food ever, but the atmosphere was good. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable .

It was a bit far from the surrounding towns, which is not necessarily a problem, but you have to drive to get to places. Once you arrive to the hotel from a long day, you won’t be in the mood to get in the car again to grab dinner. There are some restaurants nearby, but they are not the best. If you stay for a shorter period like us, it’s not a problem, but if you stay longer you might want to have dinner somewhere else.

Lovely comfortable beds, amazing bathroom, balcony, lots of space in the room, quiet location. Coffee & muffins provided for breakfast in reception.

Additional parking charge, this was advised at time of booking, but should be included. No facilities in the property, but available locally - such as pool, restaurant etc…

location, it's not close to airport or on the way to Victoria. It's on the mountain and next to a golf course. Depending on the purpose of your stay, it could be very good if you are here for golfing but not the most convenient location for sightseeing.

I really liked the size of the room and Peter at the front desk was very helpful and professional. I appreciated the level of service he provided. I also enjoyed the bed in the room and pillows.

There were shoes from the previous guest in the closet of one of our rooms(#310) and the sofa bed didn’t have clean bedding. There was something that looked like a dried coffee or tea stain that would have been caught had housekeeping checked the bedding, which kinda made me question the cleanliness of the other bedding as well.
