From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the valet. They helped us with our luggage and escorted us to check i. the entire staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome. After just a couple days they knew us by our names. the grounds are beautiful and so well kept. Everything from the lobby, pool , spa and common areas are pristine. We will definitely be back!

Not sure anything could be better. if i had to choose something i would say to allow the use of bikes for longer than an hour. It doesn't give you enough time to explore.

Great facilities! I loved how they have activities for kids and teens. They even gave my son a welcome cookie which was very much appreciated after a long ride to whistler. - The courtyard was beautiful and staff was very helpful and quick to respond. - rooms were clean and housekeeping always did a great job. - Their shuttle service to the village was excellent. - walkable distance to a small market - we liked how the hotel was newer and better maintained compared to other hotels in whistler We will come back again!

This hotel is stunning inside and out and the wonderful staff truly made our stay memorable. We’ll never forget our huge, well-appointed room with a cozy fireplace and nightly turndown service. We already miss the complimentary wine tastings in our robes or getting dropped off/picked up at village restaurants with the house car, and definitely the ski valet! Ski valet is game changer for anyone considering a ski/snowboarding trip. Instead of dragging around cold wet gear all day, imagine warm, dry boots served with coffee and pastries in the morning and hot chocolate and warm cookies after a full day on the slopes! Lastly, I’d like to personally thank the entire staff for going above and beyond to ensure our engagement trip was unforgettable.

Perhaps an additional restaurant option in the future would be nice.

The 4 bedroom residence , service, amenities and facilities were amazing and thoughtful. However the service is clear stand out … jade and Flynn were absolutely exceptional and so helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Wasn’t any Christmas stuff up when we left by 27 November - compared to Fairmont up the road where we are staying now which has 13 trees in the lobby alone it feels a lot more festive for Christmas.

The staff service ewas next level perfect 👍🏻 suggest they all get paid better since how everything cost too much. The turn down service was very cute and housekeeping do a great job everyday of making up the room and keeping it lovey and tidy. Trustworthy staff make this place worth visiting

The price for everything is way over the top, just to have breakfast will set you back $110 plus tips. It’s absolutely exploitation of the customer staying. I would have to say it’s completely overrated and over the top. Just a bunch of people showing off their money, their possessions etc. I was happy to leave but this is in no way a reflection of the staff employed here. They are the only reason I didn’t rate this place worse.

Property is gorgeous - loved the walking path to the village. Location is close to beautiful hikes and Lost Lake. Pool area is great, loved the heated towels. Rooms are spacious and the bed was superb; and all the little thoughtful touches... ie: at turn down, there were cable organizers put on our electronics, very cute.

Property is missing a coffee shop/coffee bar to grab a quick grab and go snack. Was too bad the saunas were closed in the spa area for renovations.

Room service food was all fabulous, staff was ALL fabulous, friendly, and very efficient! The only thing I want to pass on is my husband snores so one night he went to sleep on the pull-out bed in the living room couch and he said it was the most uncomfortable pull-out he’s ever slept in and said he felt zero padding, only the springs poking into his back. Honestly, probably most people don’t use the pull-out and the rest of the room was truly outstanding, so this is an extremely minor issue but just thought I’d pass it along. All hotel amenities we experienced were excellent and we can’t wait to come stay again!

Oops sorry see my previous answer. The pull-out bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was amazing!

We were super happy with our room and its equipment. We had two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus two big storage rooms. Wonderfull fireplace in living room as well. All stuff was extremelly kind and always helpfull. I would highlight a shuffle service as a complimentary advantage. So we could move around the Whistler for free all day along. Buffe breakfast was also excellent. Stretching class and gym area as well. Four Seasons Resort is defently the best place to stay in Whistler. We enjoyed it so much.

There is nothing that we would not like.

The staff are wonderful.

The prices are somewhat silly. Room service gets a $10 delivery charge plus a 17% service charge, and then an expectation of a gratuity on top. A bit much. Order one bag of chips and they bring you three. Order one English muffin and they bring you two (all charged appropriately). And then they put signs around talking about "Sustainability". That's a contradiction! $48 plus tax for valet parking; plus tip of course. $55 "resort fee" when no "resort" activities were used. Cost for one night in a large, beautiful $500 room (but with a view of the driveway), a cheap bottle of wine in the room, a lovely meal for two in Sidecut, two drinks in the bar, and a muffin and coffee for one for breakfast, $1200.

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. Everything was clean and well maintained. The room was quiet and definitely exceeded our expectations. We loved the pool and steam room.
