Pools and hot tubs great, attached market amazing. Room with the kitchen and laundry really good amenities. So helpful to have the washing machine in the suite. Large bedroom with comfortable bed.

The pull out couch mattresses were like laying on the floor. So hard! Thankfully the staff provided us with alternative mattresses that were less firm the second night after I asked for some sort of solution. Check out time of 10 am is quite early and check in at 4 is late. Parking in the underground was limited and right spaces but I am grateful they had parking.

Has not changed in last decade from when it was Intrawest..a little outdated. Room was very ‘thinly’ stocked, especially in the kitchen (absolute bare minimum) Although guest services said to call if we needed anything, for the price we paid, most items should have been in our room…comparing to other properties we’ve rented. Eg. for 6 adults..one cutting board, one platter, one sheet pan, one large bowl, one pan..etc. Hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable.

Great location and amenities. Friendly staff, had a minor maintenance issue that was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Comfortable, clean rooms and well appointed living spaces. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location right next to upper village. A nice property- comfortable beds and extras like a toaster in the rooms.

Hot tub keys were pretty weak.

Room was amazing! Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean. Pool was very nice and the slide was a nice touch. Perfect to relax or explore Whistler.

Bit on the pricey side compared to other accommodations, and there was a resort fee of $25.

The staff were friendly and our room probably needs to be upgraded, but it was clean and comfy. The bathroom was awesome, big bath and lush products.Parking was easy and a quick walk to the lift. Would definatly stay again.

My children and I loved the pool and slide and surrounding greenery. The arcade was fun as well as the selection of movies. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Location was great - close to the village and the market in the hotel was perfect for basic food needs!

The tap handle in the tub in room 313 was loose, needs to be glued on or secured somehow.

The location of this hotel is great. A short walk to the shopping areas, hiking trails, gondola lifts and many other attractions!
