Front desk staff were welcoming and professional Didn’t realize when we booked that breakfast was included. Breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast we’ve had. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausage plus what you’d expect from a continental breakfast. Delicious! Usually this property is too expensive for us but winter rates were the same as every other property so we opted to try it out and were very impressed.

Left very happy! We understand we got a deal because of off season rates and appreciated the opportunity to try this place out. Don’t understand the sad face on this part of the review, all good on our end!

Biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot! Clean, well appointed, river view. Huge bathroom with twin sinks, a bath and large shower area; seating area with wide screen TV and desk; separate sleeping area with plenty of storage and large comfortable bed

Not convinced that having staff serve standard cooked breakfast is more efficient than allowing guests to help themselves to what they want or to choose size of portions? But food was good and everything else was self service

I liked the location. The room was great. It was a little bigger than a standard room. I liked that the windows opened. The front desk staff that checked us in was very friendly. I think the value of the room maybe $40-$50 cheaper, especially this time of year. I didn’t like that everything is extra $$$. Adding a late checkout to accommodate those participating in Legs For Literacy would cost someone an additional $70.00, when they may have only needed an extra 20-30 minutes and probably not a full house checking in on a Sunday night. Other than the additional optional costs, everything was great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Chateau Moncton Trademark Collection by Wyndham, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Pros: Exceptional Service: The staff at Chateau Moncton went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful assistance throughout my visit, their service was top-notch. Comfortable and Spacious Rooms: The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The beds were cozy, and the room's layout provided plenty of space to relax. The view from the room was also stunning, adding to the overall experience. Delicious Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was a highlight of the stay. With a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, it was a great way to start the day. The dining area was also pleasant and well-maintained. Perfect Location: Situated along the scenic Petitcodiac River, the hotel's location is ideal for exploring Moncton. It's within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. Excellent Amenities: The hotel offers a range of excellent amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and free Wi-Fi. The parking was convenient and easily accessible as well.

Overall, my stay at Chateau Moncton Trademark Collection by Wyndham was outstanding. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location made it a memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moncton.

Very nice rooms, comfortable, love the patio right on the broadwalk along the river, saw the tidal bore, very cool! Breakfast options were great, plenty of parking, great location! There is construction going on the main street of the hotel but it didn't affect anything, maybe a little more traffic during certain hours but we didn't hear any noise from our room & we had a street view. Would definitely stay here again!

The property has been refurbished and looks clean and modern. The front desk staff were very good and check-in was smooth with a nice room provided. The breakfast was what you would expect but very decent. The rooms are huge.... tons of space and would be great for a longer stay. Parking was ample and free which was nice; all while being very close to downtown.

The gym could have higher quality equipment but it was better than many. Average.

Gorgeous views, excellent service staff, and easy steps from anything you need, want or eat. Right on the river with a long boardwalk. Big bathtub and separate large waterfall shower room in the king suite. Elegant touch in the rooms esthetic, a Nespresso machine with glass espresso cups!

Bothering front desk (lol) to help with gamer console set up on the tv. You need the master remote to change TV settings to HDMI. Once we figure that out all was great!! Technology master Stephanie at CM came to our rescue!

A great location right on the Tidal Bore which we watched roll in from our window. The room was huge and modern and clean. The breakfast was ok but very little on offer for those with dietary restrictions.

No restaurant or room service which would have been convenient. Reception staff could brush up on what’s on offer locally. The person we asked about Hopewell Rocks had no idea what we were talking about.

The Chateau Moncton is situated right along the river. We had a riverside room, and it was pleasant to walk along the boardwalk after supper nearby. The room was spacious, beds very comfortable, linens soft. The breakfast buffet was served by very cordial personnel.

Definitely not the fault of the hotel, but construction nearby made the parking lot a little cramped.

The room was huge with a huge bathtub. The view was beautiful with the river and the riverwalk clearly visible from our windows. We loved all of that.

Why don't they put hooks or something to put your towels on within reach of the shower and tub? Most hotels these days don't seem to have thought of how people will use the facilities. It's weird.
