It is the perfect location for everything you'll need while visiting. The staff were amazing. The lovely, beautiful lady at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate me both days while I stayed. The man who checked me in was super friendly & the night staff men were always available making it feel super safe and comfortable.

Nothing when you keep in mind the price of the location and remember you get exactly what you pay for. So considering the drastic price difference compared to most other accommodations, I am appreciative and have not a bad thing to say.

The lovely views of the harbour, the cleanliness and comfortable room. The bed was so cozy. But the highlight was the young lady on the front desk she greeted me with the biggest smile, she was so helpful and accommodating she is a gem for sure. The only thing was there was no coffee maker in the room. However there was a Tim Hortons down the road.

Not enough towels & and facecloths, but staff were kind enough to get more. Disability issues made getting to the room difficult, and no luggage cart was very challenging. Ramp wasn't close enough for mobility issues. Involved a lot more walking.

Breakfast was included and was very good. We had a water view which was nice. Staff were very nice and there was a small free library in a side room.

The hotel was a bit dated which you don't see in the advertising pictures. There are no coffee makers in the rooms or any available except at breakfast. There are heavy curtains in the room but no sheers on the windows. With the enclosed walkway to get to your room there is no privacy unless the curtains are closed when others walk to their room. Overall really not much to not like.

Sorry but we didn't make it for a breakfast, it was during Christmas and the hours of operation varied with out sleeping habits and visitations to relatives. Hoping to get back there again in the summer but when you are over the 80 mark you never know what can occur during the next several months. Nice quiet atmosphere .Food at our one only visit to the dining area was excellent. We are not the best stair climbers and taxi drivers are not the most hopeful, we were moved from the upper floor to the lower floor, nice gester.

Would have liked to have seen steak on the menu. One of our problems was that we are located down the road at a retirement home, unfortunely you get used to the small portion meals and then you come here and the plates are big and full enough for three , good for fishers and hunters. I also love liver and onions.

We chose this hotel because of the location, the price, and the included breakfast. We were very happy to have breakfast included in the price. It was nothing too fancy, but what I would have at home: scrambled eggs, bacon, toasts, fruit, juice, and coffee. Perfect start to any day. The two rooms we had were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We requested wine glasses and ice bucket, and the staff was happy to oblige. We would have preferred a sea view, but we arrived in early evening, and none was available. So we had a street view, and that was fine. We asked for a late check out and the staff was most accommodating. We have no complaints whatsoever.

I wish they had a coffee maker in the room, as I like to have a hot tea before bed. However, I feel that if I really needed hot water/tea, the reception staff would have been only too happy to provide this for me.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with my 7-month-old baby. Since I came from a vacation, I had a few luggages from the airport, and the staff kindly assisted in bringing them to my room. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable.

I noticed that the high chair at the restaurant was not clean; it had some stains on it. I would appreciate it if you could wash it regularly or consider using a material that can be easily wiped down, as babies are prone to allergies. Thank you.

Quick & Easy Check in. The breakfast options were the best that we had on this eleven day trip.

Great location close to downtown

It seemed rather insecure.The back door was open to anyone to enter,no lock or security camera.The stairs up to the floors are wide open to any who want to go in and out.The room did not have any window that would open to let in fresh air.Is this not a hazard in a fire.The last thing was please wash the coffee pots with some soap and water, the ones where complimentary breakfast is served.Shine those glass pots please.

Breakfast included bacon, eggs , potatoes, choice of cereal, fruit, bread, coffee, served in an indoor/outdoor water-view area. Hotel room included comfortable chair, closet, bureau with drawers. Air con was efficient and modern. Bathroom modern. Short walk to nearby restaurants and pretty park.
