The breakfast was excellent - good time span. Kids who are always hungry had time for an early breakfast and morning tea. At first I wasn't that impressed with location but I was wrong - handy to a nice place to eat and a pharmacy both of which we needed. The pool was great and since we stayed during the week and during school time, it was almost like having a private pool and spa. Was easy from the location to find our way around to where we wanted to go. I liked being able to access a hot drink at any time day or night.

Rooms are well designed with built in luggage space. Back lighting over TV, bed and armoire was a nice touch. Room was quiet but would appreciate having a continuous fan mode for A/C available for those who like background noise to block out traffic.

Every member of the staff was kind, courteous and pleasant at any time of the day (or night). I have never experienced such exceptional customer service before, and my whole party felt the same way.

Not enough lighting in the rooms, and the usb charging ports were too loose and would not hold my charge cord (but was able to charge my phone using a charging block in an electrical outlet, so all was good).

Staff were great and so was the hotel. We did notice a lot of the furniture/fixtures in the rooms were dusty. There were lots of towels and toiletries and the room was in a good location; quiet and good for a one night stay. The warm cookies offered at check-in were a sweet treat and nice touch after travelling in.

The furniture and fixtures being dusty and also there was a used coffee pod at the coffee maker and no sugar packets.

The property was exceptionally clean. Nice big bright rooms. Pool was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful

I understand it is a large property for the cleaners to get rooms turned over for the next guests but 8:10 am is very early to be making so much noise in the halls.

We stayed here for the weekend due to a dance competition and the staff was amazing, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and smelled really nice, the breakfast could have been slightly better but even that was still really good. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

The location is absolutely fantastic. The surrounding dining and shopping options are incredibly convenient, making my trip even more enjoyable. The staff left a lasting impression on me as well. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist me, answer my questions, and provide useful recommendations. Furthermore, the rooms were impeccably clean. I immediately sensed the freshness and tidiness upon entering my room, making my stay here very comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the number of hot and cold options available. The pool and hot tub were lovely, clean, and well-maintained. Our room was quiet and comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was packed. The hotel offers additional seating down the hall, but there is only one small sign in the hallway that indicates extra seating is available. Luckily, one of the cleaning staff saw us holding our plates and gave us a heads up that there was another breakfast room for spillover during busy times.

The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast has a good selection with hot food which they change daily like sausage patties and bacon. Coffe is available 24 hours. They even have welcome cookies. We like that the hotel provides complimentary laundry detergent. It's a small thing but says a lot.

Their air conditioning system pushed cool air into the room at the force of a jet engine which could only be controlled by turning the thermostat up.
