Breakfast was good, staff were attentive to maintaining cleanliness and re-stocking of items. Staff were all polite, kind, and helpful. Rooms were a good size for two people, lots of space. Close to restaurant(s) and activities (bowling alley, arcade games).

Hotel had noted there were rooms and areas under construction, some areas not as cleanly as would have liked, but understand the circumstances. The pillows on the beds are quite old and in need of replacement. Some scuffs, markings, and light damage to areas of the room (presumably this will be fixed with the construction).

It was a clean property and comfortable stay. We didn’t have any issues or complaints. We appreciated the staff contacting us when a family member forgot an item!

The hotel was completely booked for the weekend and it was a lengthy wait to check-in (45 minutes-waiting in line). Having an extra staff member (there were only two) would have been nice and helped speed things up. I will say that when it was our turn the actual check-in process was smooth and staff were friendly and progressional.

The hotel was very clean. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The pillows left something to be desired. Bring your own.

Breakfast is over @ 9:30. We arrived at 9 and there was no sausage. I know we were pushing time. However. There were quite a few people come after us. The eggs were very rubbery but when you are hungry they will suffice. Other items available. Waffles were flying out! The coffee was EXCELLENT!

Convenient location, ample parking, friendly/helpful staff, clean. Heat/cool easy to control. All amenities (laundry, lockers) available.

Price is too high for a hotel under renovations without breakfast. No walk-in shower in the room, despite description providing for one. The bed on the first night/room was awful - hard as a board. Breakfast is a take out bag of muffin, yogurt and juice due to renovations.

The breakfast staff was excellent, but the menu was sausage and scrambled eggs every day for 5 days in a row. I assume the facilities do no allow for a variety from day to day.

I booked via Kayak and the rate dropped in a minute when I logged back in. I could not get my AAA discount because the system was down the day I arrived. The next morning the front desk said I couldn't get that AAA discount because I didn't book via AAA, OR directly to Comfort Inn.

The bed was not overly comfortable; could use an upgrade on the mattress. Our room was next to a BBQ area that was VERY brightly lit-up... This light was on all night. Had to "McGuiver" the drapes to have darkness. Also, the air-onditioner was extremely loud!

The beds were extremely comfortable! The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room HVAC system was easily adjusted to suit us. Our room was very clean.

The facility is in the final stages of upgrades. thus the vending machines, breakfast area were not available. There was a slight smell of work being done, which I'm sure will dissipate over time...

The location was good - not too far from our university final destination. There were several restaurants over the road, and a Walmart literally 5 minutes by bus. We found the room very comfortable, although a spotlight outside made it feel like daylight was coming in all night. The breakfast was very good.

Just the spotlight outside our bedroom. I do understand that it is for security reasons.

At the corner of route 6. Not too far from the friend I was visiting. Pleasant staff. The young man in the breakfast room was very polite and helpful. Clean room. Availability of both soft and firm pillows. Comfortable water pressure in the shower. Price was half of what I paid two years ago!

Room was quite dark after I closed the curtain of the patio door for privacy. Needs some paint touchups.

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for 2 nights while I had surgery at a nearby hospital. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Because of surgery, we had missed their free breakfast that was available. Front desk staff made sure I had a meal after surgery. The had offered yogurt, fresh fruit, muffins, and juice/water. As well, they comped us some snacks and drinks from their snack bar before we went back to our room to rest. Great little hotel. Thank you for making our stay so easy :)

It is definitely a workers/travellers hotel. Room to room you couldn't hear a thing, but you could hear all of the workers leaving in the morning (doors opening/closing in hallway). It did not bother us, but if you prefer a more quiet room, I'd recommend a second floor room not close to an exit. We stayed in room 132 which was on the first floor right by an exit and directly across from the laundry facilities.
