We loved the rooms, they are big, clean & luxurious. The bathrooms are spotless & the toiletries are good quality. The front office staff is exceptionally helpful. They ensured that we enjoy our stay. Location is good, but not much shopping or restaurants nearby. But it is quiet, with open areas around.

Breakfast. This is the Achilles heel of this hotel. They need to use fresh ingredients & their oil in which they fried their hash browns smelled bad.

This was a great experience, staff, value for money, were amazing. The building, the room and facilities were in very good condition. Breakfast was good as expected . I would definitely stay there again.

Very little to complain about as we had a great experience, but if I had to say something negative I would say since we stayed 4 nights, even though the beds were made and towels were changed it would’ve been nice to have the bathroom cleaned, also the mattresses had a small dip in the middle due to use which could be a little uncomfortable

The hotel is very clean & comfortable. The amenities in the room are of good quality. The staff is extremely helpful & courteous, especially Mehul & Ali.

Breakfast. It was horrible. The oil used for frying was smelly. The food was not fresh. Breakfast should be avoided. There are good options close by.

Being always able to accommodate the needs

Room service staff, they knocked on the door of my room 3 times in half an hour, I told them I have headache and I need to get some rest. Please come back later, 10 min later and they came back, I told them the same thing, 10 min later and they came back again. I was totally disturbed

Nice place for price

The service in the restaurant for supper. Out orders were mixed up, and the service was slow.. The waitresse"s reply to when I asked her about making my wings naked, which they weren't was that you have to say it before ordering. I did because I'm gluten sensitive.

The property was well maintained and clean. Our room was clean. Overall, I enjoyed our stay. The rooms were fairly priced for the service we received.

The breakfast was an attempt at best. I believed there could have been more breakfast meat options. The temperature of the food was luke warm a few degrees from cold. there needed to be more towels and some toiletries in our room. Needs brighter lighting.

The shower ! Didn’t have the handle so it makes it hard to get a good wash. Specially with my 2 little kids and plus the curtain was still allowing water to get splashed everywhere

Good size room, good facilities, nice and clean property, away from all noise and distractions, new furniture and interior, laundry facilities, nice sized swimming pool and lots of available parking spaces are few to mention. The property has a good location, which makes it easy to access highways and other parts of the city. Staff has knowledge of the whereabouts of the city, and I found them very helpful in all aspects.

Front desk staff was phenomenal. They were super accommodating and answered any and all questions that we had during our stay. Front desk 10/10

The breakfast was not clearly labels as to how to obtain the breakfast vouchers or how to pay in the restaurant. The staff did not greet us or say anything to us until we were already sitting down and eating.

difficult system for accessing our room and building using the entry security card. the card has not worked several times. outside access doors to the building were not accessible after 11:00 pm using the access card. were not told about this before hand and spent 15 minutes trying to access entry to the building but failed. ice machine on second floor leaking water to the ground for two days . No printed information available about hotel services .
