Spacious, clean room, comfortable bed. Liked having a sofa to sit instead of the bed. Bathroom big with nice towels. Keurig coffee maker is nice and mini fridge good to have. Hallways clean and the elevator doors very cool. Good breakfast included.

The room lighting was poor, needs more lights or lamps, bedside lamp was not ideal wasn't flexible, not bright enough but dimable which was nice. Bathroom spacious but the tub dangerously slippery, needs bath mat or anti slip strips and a second grab bar over the tub to hang onto. Could have had a fan too. Would have been nice to have 2 beds but king bed was manageable.

I loved the customer service! Crista, our receptionist was polite and immediately greeted us with a smile. The room that my husband and I stayed in, was lovely,clean and spacious. In the hotel, they have a lovely restaurant called The Library Bar. Ethan our server was super friendly and knowledgeable about the amazing menu and drinks they serve. Chris, the chef's food there is delicious. Her homemade apple pie and homemade chocolate infused with fruits was divine. We ordered the fish and chips and tacos and both meals were scrumptious .Overall the service and the food was a perfect way to celebrate our anniversary.

That we didn't eat at the Library Bar our second day we were there.

The quaint charm of the hotel in a lovely location.

The security deposit of $250.00 taken by the hotel went through on my mastercard account twice by mistake and one of those charges remains on my account as a pending charge. The hotel staff in no way tried to rectify this problem saying only that it would go away once they checked me out. That did not turn out to be true and the pending charge remains on my account - leaving me to deal with my credit card company on my own.

Unique, historical Hotel in awesome location / setting and close walking distance to town shops. Also walking distance to restaurants and the scenic Grand River and waterfalls. Location feels very safe .Main drag is under construction right now however a slight inconvenience and signed well and detours no problem.Great overnight trip for us.Followed by a nice Continental breakfast included. Will definitely return for more adventure.

Themed rooms were a cool surprise! The hotels facade was very cute. (Looks romantic) Continental breakfast was one of the best I've ever seen available!!! Yum! Has a cute bar called The Library, unfortunately we had no opportunity or chance to go check it out. Cute local shops surrounding the hotel. A quirky stay for a family outing!

Room & Washroom was quite small, with old wear and tear in the tub. No mini fridge in room. 250$ deposit on top of the room payment was quite steep. Was not romantic for a couple celebrating a wedding, but cool for a family with kids to check out!

Breakfast was good though not exciting: appreciated the gluten-free bread and yogurt and everything seemed fresh. Liked the decor: different from the big chain hotels. Staff were really nice. Location in downtown Paris across from the river was brilliant. It was pretty quiet in our corner room. The room was very clean.

It would be helpful to add a minifridge: in the room there was just a Keurig. It would also be a major improvement to have a bathroom fan. One of the lamps/outlets didn't work (oops, forgot to mention to staff). It would also be nice to have a second comfy chair for sitting: there was only one (in our room with two double beds). The room isn't big, but another chair could be squeezed in if the night tables were smaller and beds were closer together. All that said, it was still a nice room and a nice stay. I would go back.

Friendly staff. Great location right in the centre of town. Rooms were setup by theme and provided history behind the person, place or movie. Beds and space in the rooms were comfortable. (We even stored our bike in the room overnight.)

It would be nice to have a toilet paper dispenser within better reach of the toilet. Also, the bathroom/room had no tissue.

Liked the classically themed room. Although it was an older hotel, the room had to up-to-date amenities. The staff were very friendly. The location was very convenient. Breakfast was decent. Liked the overall atmosphere. The live music at the bar was nice bonus.

Parking was a challenge. Needed to carry our suitcases from a municipal lot 3 blocks away.

The location is lovely. The room was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was terrible. We have stayed at the Arlington twice before and enjoyed the breakfast. It wasn't fancy but healthy and good. This time there wasn't healthy or tasty items to choose from. Very disappointing.

Sanesh’s customer service was top notch and we felt so welcome and taken care of here. the rooms are tastefully decorated and serviced with everything you need. one of our favourite places in southwestern ontario! breakfast was also great and offers more than continental options

everything was wonderful. maybe just having a smart tv would go a long way for some
