Comfy beds! Quiet. Clean room. Helpful, professional, friendly staff. Samantha made sure we got a room with a window that opened. I need fresh air. I had not slept in days when we arrived after a long drive and probably appeared drunk. I had trouble checking in, but she was so patient and respectful and kind, as was the man on the front desk at the time.

No plug for tub. No USB charging port in lamp. Few wall outlets, and awkwardly placed. No continental breakfast and no vending machine. Have to leave the property to get even snacks. The decorating is dated and ugly. But taste is subjective.

The staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions . We enjoyed our stay.

We really like the Days Inn in Brantford and everything was clean and comfortable..the only small thing was …when people went in and out during the night only, they would slam the big doors to the lobby, and would startle and wake us up during the night…other than that, everything was great…Thanks.

I find the staff at this location to be a little stand-off-ish. They come across as very snotty especially the day time manager. When she speaks to you it's almost as though it hurts her to be nice. It's very fake. Also I witnessed her embarrass a guest in the lobby in front of a few other people aside from myself and my wife. I couldn't believe how rude she was and talking the people personal business about their credit card being declined. The woman ended up in tears and almost ran out of the place. The manager treated them like they were some kind of criminals or something it was horrible. Other than that the location was good the room was nice and clean. I would go back so long as I wouldn't have to deal with the day time manager cuz she's far to rude

Clean and spacious room. Good amenities. Good parking space. Close to all locations and downtown. Comfortable stay.

Front desk staff are very busy they don't have customer service etiquette. For example, when dropping off my room key the front desk staff didn't have the courtesy to say, thank you or Have a good day The linen and towels were stained. Surely the company can afford to buy newer materials. Guests next to us were very noisy even though I politely asked them to keep it quiet. Sadly the breakfast didn't have any fruits. It was a dismal breakfast (no bagels, or even muffins)

there are many amenities within walking distance. Price was inexpensive. Staff was very helpful and appreciated when I brought a matter to their attention (hair dryer hanger broke). Mini fridge and microwave in the room was very useful. The bed was comfortable and while I always bring my own pillow, I didnt have to take it out of my car as even the pillows were comfortable for this back sleeper with neck problems. Cable tv and new flooring, and breakfast included so it was great value.

more options for breakfast, as they offered apples for fruit, and only dairy milk. Maybe a waffle maker would be useful so they wouldnt have to put out only a couple pancakes and fried eggs at a time; although I'm sure they do this to prevent food waste. The dated furniture could use some TLC and there was obvious dust across the top of the headboard.

The staff were helpful and accomadating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Didn't like the breakfast, there was very little choice. Didn't like the check-in process; although the staff were good about going through the process of the down payment for the room, I was not told beforehand that it would be required.

The hotel rooms are nice and clean. The location is great with everything within walking distance.

The TV converter does not work until you have pushed the button directly on the television to change the setting to "live "TV. It might be an idea to have this written for guests as I am sure many people like us have to contact the FD for assistance.

There wasn’t any lobby seating. The breakfast could have been better. Eggs were not good and needed bacon or sausage!! The floors were not clean in the room.

Sam who works for hotel staff was very helpful with concerns I had ahead of this trip, she is competent, friendly & professional... please give Sam a commendation & recognition for going "above & beyond"

For this category of hotel the breakfast was excellent scrambled eggs pancakes yogurt and a few other things. Room was clean. Staff was very nice.
