Breakfasts was not impressive either morning. Eggs were cold and dry. Sausage both mornings were under cooked and not appealing-needed done browning-turkey sausage not nice and tasteless. Hot buffet was on the cool side. We are not picky but there was a lot to be desired. You need to really review menu and spend time with preparzz as toon staff. It was not a “Hilton” standard.

Good comfortable large room-very clean. Housekeeping staff went aboard and beyond. Kitchenette well stocked. Loved our stay except breakfast-which could be readily remedied.

breakfast, After COVID-19, the free breakfasts at all hotels have become much worse, with limited variety. They’re even worse than the free breakfasts at motels in the U.S. from before. I just leave when I see them. The prices are three times what they were before COVID-19, but the quality has dropped so much. This is an example of businesses using rising costs as an excuse to lower their ethical standards. Society is becoming increasingly greedy. People are just trying to make huge profits from a single deal and get rich overnight.

Fabulous hot breakfast with foos that actually tasted good. Lots of items to choose from. Room was very comfortable, larger than what I expected. Good amenities and a table to do work was much appreciated. Also, good number of plugs for electronics. Location was easy to get to, quiet, and like that Sobeys and Shoppers Drug Mart were close by.

Check-in staff could have been friendlier.

I really enjoyed fresh fruit when available, coffee different strengths and jams/jellies.

We had a fire alarm one morning during breakfast but no-one knew what to do or gave us any indication whether it was serious or not and whether we should vacate building. Most just did their own thing. It was obvious we could not use elevator and good we only had one flight stairs to climb🤣

We enjoyed the peace and quiet. We both slept in and were not able to make use of the breakfast that was available. We were in St. Jacob's for the market and we were able to take advantage of the full sized refrigerator to store our purchased goods for the night.

Unfortunately some of the furniture in our room was quite stained and not very comfortable, that being said the room was clean and had everything we could possibly need for a longer stay.

Appreciate the hot breakfast and the the preparation staff. The air conditioning in our suite was not working properly so we froze the first night of three. Tech attended to it as a temporary fix. He identified the problem and would arrange a more permanent repair. The tub and shower area could use some attention and the sofa could use a shampoo. Regardless we were mostly comfortable and have and will stay again.

How close it was to the market it was clean it was friendly had a good breakfast 

I would say there’s only one complaint and that was the fact that the sofa bed needs a new mattress really bad if they’re going to advertise having a sofa bed in a room then they need to make it more comfortable. I slept on it and you could feel every spring they really need some new sofa bed mattresses. Also a lot of motels we’ve stayed in lately have pulled all the rugs and put down flooring. This one hasn’t done it in the rooms yet and I think that they should it just looks and smells so much better. 

Everything was excellent! Great staff, clean facilities, and extremely comfortable bed! I will never stay at another Airbnb! This room had everything we needed! All the comforts of a hotel with the feel of a house! Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed and comfortable!

Everyone was so friendly. I love the nature decor in common areas. Lots of parking and great location.

Our room lacked cleanliness in areas that were not common daily clean areas. (Eg. Bathroom vent grate, arms at back of couch. There were dishes in the dishwasher with white film on them cause they had been in there so long.) The hallways are super warm temperature. The laundry was a little expensive since another hotel we have stayed at on the same street recently was free laundry.

This was a very relaxing experience. I especially enjoyed the warm, quiet pool. The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was good and satisfying. A lot of effort is put forth by the staff to make their clients stay as enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended!
