Although check-in/out is not on-site, it is a very short walk and the staff was friendly and very helpful, including providing detailed and accurate instructions on where to park (included). The room was spacious and clean. Location was great for walking to eateries and to the Tour de Gatineau race start/finish. Also an easy drive to Carleton to visit our son.

The furniture was a little old and worn but was comfortable. Extra pillows for sleeping would have been good. We could definitely hear noise from the patrons attending the bar on the corner, but with ear buds in it was hardly noticeable.

The location was calm and quiet, just 180 m from the bust stop and 100 m from a convenience store. The facilities were adequate and very functional. The staff were friendly, helpful and everything was in place from my stay. If in Ottawa again, I will surely stay in the same place.

The check in instructions on the location of the nearby Victoria Suites hotel should be stated much more clearly in the booking instructions to ease check-in for the guests.

The bed, bed linens and pillows were of the highest quality and made me settle and sleep with contentment

The retrieval of the keys from Les Suites Victoria and the distance from that place. The check-in guy said I was alone in the building. Then he saw my reaction and said there were 14 people. You can understand my doubt that ye was telling the truth. I spoke with a woman at your facility before taking the accommodation in an attempt to find about where exactly it was - I know Rue d'Hotel de Ville from years ago but I was inquiring about the neighbourhood changes. The woman did not mention the unusual positioning of checking in at Lea Suites and the distance to what might be an empty building.

The location was good.The buses were very close to get you wherever you needed to go. The area was quiet. The cooking facilities were adequate. It is very close to the Ottawa River.

They promised a washing machine facility, but it was broken. Cigarette butts were near the door to enter in the back of the building.

Very spacious. Quiet and well insulated from noise. Wooden floors, no carpets. The bed was comfortable. Freshly painted and extremely clean. Large fridge. Nice little windows to get fresh air in. Parking is easy to access and free. The location is very good. Buses close, Walked to parliament. Cute restaurant area 100 meters away.

The furniture is a bit old. There were a couple of bulbs missing. Coffee filter not provided. Hot plate was old looking (but worked well)

Good location, near museums, 15 minute bus ride to Ottawa centre. Large, clean efficiency unit, parking included. Walking distance (40 min) to Parliament. Adjacent to fine restaurants, bars.

Unfortunately adjacent bars very noisy until 3 in morning. Rechargers for ev ‘s in garage shut down for entire length of my stay.

no shelf in shower for toiletries. they have to go on the floor ledge. have to check in and out at a different location around the corner.

It was very central but no elevator. Nice staff all the housekeepers provided fresh towels every day

No elevator & there was no front desk. It was located in a bldg a block away. No Ironing board, had an iron , but staff never supplied a board.

The fact that you are not flexible with your clients especially the one that always book with you. My daughter was sick last minute and you refused to cancel my reservation for another day. I had to come but leave an hour later because she wasn’t feeling well

The staff was friendly. The rooms are exactly as you can see in the pictures. Nothing fancy but really comfortable and clean. Free Parking with easy access

Check in is done in a different building, is a short block from the building.
