Rooms were spacious, up to date, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked that the sleeping quarters had a door so we can watch TV. Also, really appreciated the kitchenette - it's nice to be able to make breakfast and warm something up for a quick meal.

Wish there was a little more action around the hotel but we were very pleased with our stay and drove around Ottawa to visit some museums and have nice dinners out.

Good sized comfortable suites, reasonably priced compared to hotels across the River. Good kitchen facilities. Museum of History and excellent bagel shop just a few blocks away.

Parking garage is undersized, there really isn’t too much in the surrounding area other than government offices.

Friendly staff, good for a quick getaway. Didn’t spend a lot of time in our room. However, it was comfortable and easy to get to.

Bathroom was looking a little tired. Noisy staying above the garage parking because the door was very loud when it opened and closed.

We love the convenience of full size kitchen and rest area. There's plenty of space to relax and unwind after an intensive sightseeing session.

The hotel was full so I was directed to an alternate parking. It was very tight and after 5 hours of driving I lost my concentration for a bit and scratched my car.

The location was very good, closed to the Can Museum of History, the Alexandra Bridge and many nice restaurants.

Not closed to a supermarket or grocery store, on-site restaurant only served breakfast and light lunch.

Very nice and big suite! Almost too big for just a one night stay. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice living area and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook simple meal.

The parking is not free and the staff we saw weren't very welcoming.

We were very happy with our room and how clean it was. We had a car also and were aware of extra parking fee for parking on site, so no issues. The receptionists were very professionals. We'll be staying here again next time visiting Ottawa!

Spacious, clean rooms with tons of amenities. Also, great price.

Freezing cold rooms and no help to adjust the temperature when we complained. Checkout agent was very rood when she thought we didn't check out at the right time. However, it was the fault of the night agent the day before who didn't record it... :(

The parking I feel to small and I don’t want to charge extra por pay the parking should be included in the recervacion

The room was bigger than I thought. Everything was as clean as new. The tableware was of good quality. The staff kindly guided me through the parking lot outside the building.

I couldn't use the electric kettle because it was broken.
