Having never stayed at the Imperia chain of properties, I did not know what to expect, thus was pleasantly surprised by my 2-night stay in general and the professional staff in particular. Having an in-house restaurant/bar with efficient, yet pleasant service is definitely a plus point. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom well equipped with the hand-held shower-head especially appreciated. This Imperia hotel will become my so-called 'pied-à-terre' for all my forthcoming business visits in the area, no question.

The parking/drive-way areas should be more frequently salted/sanded, especially for mobility-restricted guests! If you value your toes, give the bed-ends a wide berth while moving around in the room (no contrast between the black bed-frame corners and the darkish carpet).

Booked reservation 1 and a 1:2 1month prior to stay at the restaurant as anniversary supper of 25 years also reason to book the suite only to be discouraged when they called 3weeks before to advise they cancelled our reservation do to a company booking out the restaurant for a Xmas party. This ended up changing our whole evening and plans for why we booked in the first place

I liked everything about the place. Nice spacious comfortable room including the bed. Very clean. The restaurant was great and the next morning when I went down to ask if I could order some coffee to take up to our room and maybe some croissants for a light breakfast. The young gentleman made a suggestion to share a plate for $17 with coffee and delivered to our room in record time. It was perfect! Such a nice young man obviously with a good client service attitude. So were the desk clerks when we arrived and checked out.

Would have preferred a room not next to the elevator but it was only an issue the following morning when people were gathering outside our door waiting for the elevator. Noisy.

Very courteous and accommodating staff, clean room, conveniently located - just off the motorway (autoroute 640, which connects very easily to autoroutes 13 and 15), accessible public transit (must check bus schedules).

The breakfast was excellent; good choice. The location is ideal for us as we can get there and not be in too much traffic.

I can’t think of anything. We have been at this hotel a few times and everything and everyone was superb.

We enjoyed our stay. We booked a night here as we were going to the Cabane à sucre au Pied de cochon in Mirabel (18 minutes away). The hotel was clean, close and practical.

My only ''complaint'' would be the strong smell of Chlorine in most hallways and the lobby. I understand there is a pool available to guests, but the smell is quite strong (note: this did not directly affect my stay).

The Restaurant/Grill was temporarily closed for lunch and dinner. Therefore we had to drive to another location to dine. Also there were no walk-in showers in any of the Double queen bed rooms. That was a negative for us giving our advanced ages.

I thought the room would be bigger, and when I attempted to mirror my ipad to the TV it failed. However, the worse thing about the hotel was the elevator. There is 1, and it is sadly very slow and small. It should be bigger or there should be 2 of them.

Unfortunately the restaurant was only open for breakfast. Because the hotel is well located, at a short driving distance from restaurants it had little negative impact on our stay.

needed to ask for towels for the room, usually my room will come with two sets of towels, their restaurant was not functioning (not sure if it was a staff issue) the hallways were a little dim I like a brighter hallway.
