My daughter and I have a yearly trip to Regina to see family and friends. We always stay at this hotel as it is a location that works well for our visit with family and friends. One of the things we enjoy is our supper at the restaurant located at the hotel. Food is excellent and the staff are great.

We have never had an issue at our previous visit. I had an issue with the way my visa was charged at the front desk. A quick email to the hotel resulted in a reply within hours of my inquiry and everything was explained and fixed. This will NOT change our yearly visit and staying at this hotel.

Rooms were ample and clean, bed comfortable, there were essentials, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Also, it included breakfast. Staff was able to accommodate us to do an early check in of our second room

The room only had 2 lamps, this made very very difficult to do my make up (face). Same issue with the bathroom lights, they were NOT bright enough. Breakfast was fine no complaints however it could use another choice of deli and/or eggs

Location was good. Pool and hot tub was good. Breakfast was excellent.

Wish they had a coffee in the lobby where you can help yourself whenever. Also breakfast should be longer, way to many people in restaurant at same time. Hard to find a seat to sit.

The breakfast was quite good, I do a keto diet and there was enough there to meet my needs. The gym was descent as were the pool facilities.

surprised there were no usb plug ins in the room but there were plenty of 110 plug ins. The biggest issue was that there was no curtain to close! There was a white see through cloth infront of the window and there were side curtains for decoration, but no actual curtains! Never seen that at any hotel ever in my life, fortunately I almost always have a sleep mask available to block out the light but had I not... it would have made it difficult to sleep.

Facility was fantastic.

When it was time to check out. They took a deposit twice. $400.00 for each night we stayed. Then, when I checked out . They would not reimburse my deposit when I left. I have to wait a few days before I can get back my deposit. Very unpleasant experience. Especially when I expect to get my money back as soon as I check out, so now I have to wait a few days to get my money. We produced a credit card for our stay. And I thought they would not take the $800.00. But they did. I really needed that deposit. But nope. It is a beautiful place. Fantastic place to stay. But I won't be returning in the near future.

The breakfast options were good. The staff in the restaurant area were very friendly and constantly cleaning and refilling the self service breakfast area. The coffee was excellent!

I would have liked to have had more variety in the fruit other than grapes, pineapple, apples, and bananas. It would have been nice to have berries and melon for example.

Tried to order room service. They said they didn’t have any. Call the restaurant to place order. Someone forgot me on the line. Called again oh yeah, I will call you when it’s ready. I waited for over an hour so I called again, which just being packaged. Got the food it was ice cold served in a box instead of a plate and everything was stuck together, that was disgusting. You have people working there that don’t speak. English can’t understand never stay there again.

Where the location was, the room was amazing. The shower was a nice one as well. Very comfortable. And clean. I liked the factor that when entering our room we were greeted by the TV, with saying "welcome Lisa,I hope you enjoy your stay". As you can tell,I don't get hotel rooms often.

Check in was very easy and quick. Friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome and the ladies were extremely friendly and helpful to the people that weren’t sure how to use the waffle maker. They smiled the entire time.

The cost of their items in their convenience store! A small bottle of pop was 5.55. So bring your own snacks and drinks! Ridiculous The hot tub jets barely pushed water out.

Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast had an ok variety but nothing spectacular (standard hotel breakfast) staff at reception was friendly but not at the restaurant, we ended up eating elsewhere as there were plenty of better options within walking distance.
