The rooms were large, in good shape, nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was very soft and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very good. They had bacon, sausage, omelet, pancake or french toast, regular toast, bagels, muffins, and fresh fruit. Check in and check out was very easy. The pool was great for the kids as it had two waterslides, the pool, and a hot tub available for those who wanted it. The hotel was located on a main road and very easy to fiind.

The elevator is at one end of the buildiing so if your room is at the other end of the building it is a challenge for those who have difficulty walking. Would recommend asking for room close to the elevator. The door that is at the other end of the building from the elevator is not accessible from the outside so if you park near that door hoping to access your room from that side you will be very frustrated as you will have to walk all the way around the hotel to get back to the front door of the hotel to access the elevator from the lobby.

breakfast has a good selection and instead of everyone handling the utensils by the "hot" breakfast you give your plate to the lady and she serves you which keeps it cleaner, and breakfast runs until 10 am instead of 9 am which is excellent and spreads out the amount of people trying to eat all at once. They had the largest TV in our room that I have ever seen in a hotel room and it was excellent because we got to see the hockey games on the larger screen we really appreciate not having to sit on the end of the bed to see the TV. Wifi was sketchy it came and went but still better than other places we've stayed at and it did let you use the internet so not terrible. Bathroom lights are kinda dim and it is a little dark but again not terrible . There is definitely no reason not to come back to this hotel

The location is great, close to shopping and restaurants, outside of the city, to avoid traffic. Friendly staff! The room is big and has a kitchenette with utensils, it's fantastic for longer stays. Pool with 2 slides and sauna. Great breakfast with delicious food and variety of snacks! We only stayed one night,on the way from Calgary to Winnipeg, but it was a great experience.

My kids had a skin rush after using this pool, the hot tub was out of order. It's cold in the pool area! The beds are super soft, I couldn't sleep unfortunately. No remote for the TV.

The hotel was conveniently located to Regina and its attractions. We really appreciated the outside access to our room and the close proximity to the pool and breakfast area. Continental breakfast was one of the best we have experienced, lots of variety for young and old. The only downside was the sound of kids running up and down the hallway. We did ask for a cot when we checked in but were told they were not available in standard rooms.

Room was on the top floor and quiet. Bed was fine. Free breakfast was fine. There is a pool on the main floor if desired. Plenty of parking. Neutral decor in rooms. Even though outside of the city (east), there are a few amenities nearby (gas, groceries, restaurants, etc). Good for a night or two if passing through Regina. Prices can vary, but sometimes really good deals. One last advantage is that you can avoid driving through Regina by taking the new Regina by-pass route which is just west of the hotel but prior to the city, but there are virtually no amenities along the by-pass route, just fields.

Staff weren't overly friendly, neutral for the most part. Person running the breakfast buffet wasn't friendly at all, very mechanical, could have smiled and said good-morning, felt like I was intruding on them, so it goes sometimes. Awkward access to to hotel from Trans Canada, easier if driving east (take exit 227). Tricky access if driving west (take exit 229) as you need to back-track quite a ways from the exit 229 overpass (take exit, turn left, cross over bridge and drive back about 2 kms east on the side/service roads), so study your map to avoid frustration.

Very Nice, Breakfast was really hearty, Fresh Food. Fresh fruits, Milk, Coffee, Tea, Family Friendly. Pool is something to keep kids busy. Rooms were the cleanest. TV and channels were good entertaining.

Water quality is not that good for drinking purposes. One can literally see Corrosion on taps/because of water being either recycled at property or being too hard. An option of drinkable water after Breakfast time would be a very good addition.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately we arrived later then we expected so we were unable to use the pool but it looked fun! We will definitely be booking here again. Our room was great, it was only 3 out of the 5 of us this trip but it would easily accommodate a family of 5 next trip and all three kids would have their own bed which is always a plus.

A couple towels were ready to be switched out due to wear but they were clean. Vents and fans in the ceilings were very dusty besides that the overall room was clean and comfy. 🙂

Breakfast food and staff were more than we expected or have experienced in other hotels. Enjoyed the ambience of the rest area in the foyer next to the fireplace. I was enjoyable to have the hotel owner speak with us in the lobby. She was exremely personable and genuine.

It might be worthwhile constructing a small shelter with windbreaks in one of the parking stalls in front of the lobby, but on the far side of the parking lot. We do not begrudge those who wish to indulge in a smoke, but having such an area designated for them, could eliminate undesirable second hand smoke by the front doors, not to mention the debris left for other guests to step through as the walk through the parking lot.

The property appeared as advertised, was clean, and easy to locate a just a short distance outside of Regina. The rooms were comfortable enough, a little on the small end but ours had a mini kitchen multipurpose surface which would be nice for longer stays but took up space. The beds and linens were soft and comfortable, not starchy and firm. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful. The pool area is great fun and a nice addition to the stay however the water was borderline cold and the pool/hot tub were definitely overcapacity.

The pool was cold and over-crowded.
