The location was fine, close to where I needed to go by car. The hotel is well managed and the front desk task were all very pleasant, friendly and professional. The free breakfast was fine (for my needs), cereal, fresh fruit, juice, yogourt, variety of muffins/bread, hard boiled eggs and a pancake making machine which I never used, popular with kids!

There was no daily room housekeeping, which I was OK with. One could request daily change of towels and it was done. The bedding was somewhat tired; though the pillow were fine as was the bed.

I knew the location, but it’s not an easy building to find. But I came straight up Prince of Wales and then twisted though the back road. We were here for two medical appts. It’s nothing fancy but serves our purpose . Room is good, clean, staff is friendly. Then we had to come back again the next night, very unplanned as we were storm stayed. Another room, actually almost a suite… Everything fine. Breakfasts aren’t elaborate but very sufficient. My husband and I are elderly but just walked next door for restaurant.

Everything was fine…. Lots of people want class… I want a reasonable price with a clean facility and friendly staff.

Best hotel in Regina (for the price) period. For $100 it can't be beat but I don't think I would pay much more than that. Bathroom and shower was excellent. TV good. AC worked great. Nice large room and a bonus adjoined door so neighbours I don't know can watch me sleep! Nice desk.

Pillows were trash and I think sleeping on the floor would've been more comfortable but watch out for the cigarette burns on the carpet. Location is weird being behind Holiday Inn and driving through a maze of road to get there.

I booked a king room. It was very clean and spacious. Large windows that actually open were great! Bathroom products were by Dove, not a random unheard of brand. Good location near main roadways. Various amenities near-by.

The carpet in the room had some stains, one drawer in an end table kept sliding all the way open, the fluorescent light in the bathroom flickers which is annoying and could be a trigger for someone with epilepsy. The breakfast isn't great, but certainly passable, except the coffee which was so weak it looked like tea. However, there is a Tim Hortons in the same parking lot. All minor issues.

The room was very comfortable. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again when in town. Do recommend for those that need a place to stay.

The carpet in the hallway and decor was a bit dated but not a big deal at all. Had a ground floor room. Wish we would have know it locked if you shut the door to the outside. We locked ourselves outside after running to the truck. Our fault for not asking. The shower head was very low but still able to have a shower even if we had to duck. We are not very tall people. It would be perfect for someone who is 5'5 and below. The water was hot and very good pressure. Not a deal breaker.

The breakfast was good. The pancake machine was great. Lots to choose from, fruit, muffins, bread, yogurt, juice, etc. The rooms were clean, with laminate flooring which makes everything look clean. The staff, front desk and cleaners, were very friendly and helpful.

The carpets in the hallways need to be changed. The curtains did not close tight in the room.

Good clean comfortable

The photos of the breakfast buffet show a hot serving dish we assumed was eggs and a breakfast meat… were on a carnivore diet. This was a bait and switch as it had not hot protein. Also the up charge for a main floor room seems uncalled for. After stating we had a heavy cooler but couldn’t afford the up charge we were put in the farthest room from the elevator on the top floor. :-(

The king size suite very comfortable. Allowed one person to stay up and watch TV or whatever without disturbing the other and vice versa in the morning.

The breakfast very gluten loaded. Very little choice for those with gluten intolerance. Maybe sausages and eggs could be added or even packaged oatmeal. Also, seems like a small thing but toilet paper holder in our room very difficult to access easily. Would be better on wall in front of toilet.

While the hotel is a bit awkward to get to the first time, it is conveniently located for an overnight stay on the way across the country. The rooms are clean and well appointed, and the staff very obliging! The breakfast availability is a definite plus for us! AND, the air conditioner in our room was easy to figure out and set at the "right" temperature.

Not a thing!

The room was great! We were upgraded as was fully booked. Breakfast was good, enough for anyone. Desk staff were very nice and responded to questions and gave extra decaf coffee as requested.

The hallways were very stained, it gives a terrible first impression. No baseboards on the main floor. The pillows on the beds were small and not the most comfy.
