Spacious lots of seating very smartly designed with long table sitting in middle of room breakfast bar lots of room no hurry to run down to get breakfast. Service was exceptional. Good options for breakfast. Room was spacious bed was comfortable bathroom was great. Loved the fact I could go down to front desk & get a razor & other amenities if needed without charge.

Room needed a fridge freezer, breakfast bar needed more gluten free options, more tv’s in breakfast room to watch sports or news from any angle, more caffeine free options.

Hotel has lots of parking space, and pool/sauna is open late. Check in was quick. Although we had a problem with first room, front desk staff was quick to move to another room to ensure we were satisfied. Breakfast was excellent, mini waffles, eggs ‘n sausage, cold cereals and etc… overall enjoyed out stay.

Shower faucet did not work i. First room, perhaps ensure facilities function every once in a while

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable stay overall. Very close to the airport as we had an early flight to catch.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but whoever the guests in the room above us had a kid (or kids or something) running around and jumping (non-stop) till 11 PM. We had to wake up at 4:00 AM, so we went to bed by 8:30 PM. Could not sleep till past 11 due to the disturbance. The staff at the front desk (were very apologetic when I casually mentioned it in the morning when checking out) said I should have informed them so they could have talked to the guests in that room.

One of the best continental breakfast bars I’ve had. Overall fairly quiet even on a busy weekend. Room temperature was perfect never too hot or too cold.

Nothing really, a few things in the room need some renovating, it’s starting to see some wear. Could use some furniture upgrades like the pull out couch was squeaky and sacked out. The bathtub faucet was loose which made it a bit tricky to turn on the shower.

Loved the coffee bar in the lobby! Bed was SO comfy! Room was so spacious! And the free cookie at check in was nice!

Would love a room service option for those that sleep in to have breakfast delivered. Being its a popular spot for people flying in would be nice to have some all day breakfast options ( fruit, toast, cereal, muffins easy stuff like that) There was hair on one of the towels, so a bit cleaner but overall it was pretty clean

Fresh, comfortable bedding. Crib provided was ready and set up for our arrival. Spacious room. Lots of towels. Lovely breakfast with friendly, helpful staff. Lots of parking. Close to the highway, to jump back on the road in the morning.

Some little bits of rubbish on the carpet in the room. Toiletries were not refilled (body lotion).

I had an early morning flight and requested a take-out breakfast. I was happy with the breakfast (maybe happier if a slice of cheese was included). The staff was very accommodating. The shuttle service to the airport was great and facilitated earlier than requested.

Bathroom floor was cold. All in all a clean, beautifully furnished room and bath, including modern amenities for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was amazing! Rooms are spacious and well stocked with everything u need. Parking is easy and very accessible!

Pillows could use an upgrade but I know it's difficult to keep up with demand. Very lumpy and overused! Other thing I couldn't find is the tv guide for stations but I wasn't there to spend much time in the room!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or anything else.

Finding a place to park was tough (but I blame all the snow). The thermostat in the room wasn't working, and the vent was lightly blowing cold air, even after I turned it off (wasn't too big of a deal for me as I like the cold). Mentioned it to the staff in the morning, and they put it out of order for the time being.

Friendly staff, prompt shuttle pick up from the airport, comfortable room.

Paper plates and plastic cutlery for the breakfast buffet . The cutlery was so soft you couldn’t even cut a thin slice of ham with it. Paying close to $200 for a room I would expect real dishware and cutlery to be used. Everything else is top notch, food was great and nice selection, friendly staff in the breakfast area.
