Delicious food! I was very surprised how good the food was on all inclusive! The choices and the quality, I was impressed. We had very good experience, can’t complain about food at all. It was clean ok, staff very polite and helpful, beautiful surroundings, and views…. Great value for money.

We were all inclusive, so had all food and local drinks included BUT THE WATER - the actual drinking water in the all inclusive was just a tap water. I live in Cyprus, so I’m not just a visitor from abroad. I live here, and the quality and taste of the tap water is very poor. It passes the hygiene standards to be considered potable, but the taste is not nice. And in the hotel it was particularly awful. So in countries like Cyprus and generally islands, the bottled water should be included in the offer.

Cleanliness/upkeep could have been better hotel needs a bit of a spruce Staff weren't the friendliest i was outright ignored by one waitress who saw me approach her to ask a question looked away and pretended she didn't hear me Music by the pool during the day was quite loud and annoying when you're trying to relax and read. Also quite expletive and rude songs for when children are around Evening entertainment was extremely lacking to the point of spending each night in our room instead Sound proofing between the rooms wasn't great

The location of the hotel was good near restaurants and other city views . The room was also very good which we got upgraded and surprisingly the AC was working very good which for me is big plus having past experienced with other hotels which could not work properly specially with this weather . The pool was nice .

What was disappointing for me was the food(dinner) .very plain, tasteless or on some occasions dry. Was expecting more . I would say they got variety of side choices like salads etc . Anyway the waiters was all friendly atleast and they bring u anything in time atleast. Breakfast was good (they served english both days)

Every meal was excellent with plenty of choices in fact so many we struggled to decide. Pool was bi enough for everyone to splash in when wanted. There is a separate pool area with water slides for the kids. Room and balcony was good size and cleaned each day. Kettle and fridge in room with replacements each day. Staff all friendly and helpful

Normally in hotels they have information detailing contact numbers for things like reception and housekeeping but there was nothing. There was no signage on walls to let you know what floor you were on or direction you needed to take to certain destinations. There is a room to store cases after checking out but no proper security. We walked away with our stuff and no one took any notice.

This was my 2nd stay in Cyprus. Paphos offered more than I expected. Hotel is situated close to the airport, so half an hour from landing you can be enjoying a breathtaking view from a pool bar. We arrived early in a morning, but from the moment we stepped in the hotel we could use all the facilities (mid-morning snack, drinks, pool, etc.) Hotel offers a great variety of food, fresh salads, fruit, and much more! The aquapark was great as well - different slides, no queues, nice staff. I will be definitely returning to this particular hotel. About 10 minutes drive from a hotel, you can visit Coral Bay beach which is not too crowded and as nice as beaches in Protaras or Ayia Napa.

The hotel is nice, with big and well equipped rooms, large balcony, beautiful view, nice outdoor pools, alot of space to enjoy the sun or a drink and nice personal. The resort has almost anything you could need, like a mini marketplace(the prices seemed just like in any other market), bars, decent entertainment, comfortable sunbeds, some green space, playgrounds. We had breakfast and dinner included and our expectations were exceeded. Both had a good variety of food, but I must admit i believe the food quality weren't the best. Anyway, every meal included something I enjoyed.

The indoor pool was not heated, the whole area was extremely loud, not at all relaxing. Only one of the two saunas were working and the experience wasn't spa like at all.

Literally Everything was prefect and more than amazing.We had the all inclusive offer and it was great from the food to the drinks and even to the snacks in between the main meals.Also, the pool is so spacious and has an wonderful sea view.Moreover,the staff their were so friendly and always tried their best to make us as comfortable as possible.Lastly, I want to send a special thanks to the reception team with no exception for their upgrade to our room to a sea view room and for always making sure that we had our best experience at this hotel and without any hesitations I will always choose this hotel for my future holidays at paphos cyprus

The view from the room, the food and drinks are available all the day, the facilities, a big swimming pool which offers more confort, the spa and the staff, there is a shop inside the hotel it’s very smart idea, the taxis are reachable from the hotel parking, you can rent also a car inside the hotel

I loved The view, the room size is comfortable, the design, the big buffet, and the big variety of foods. I appreciate the fact that all the allergic ingredients were marked in every dish! That was very helpful, thank you.

The main thing that was not as it should, in my opinion, was the gluten-free and vegan option in the breakfast. and the staff was not so eager to help. I was disappointed by it. One morning, after giving me 3 slices of gluten-free bread to my special request, I asked the dining room manager if there was maybe something else they could offer "NO" he replied and left. So, for 3 breakfasts, I had small slices of bread with jam. I would have expected a 5-star hotel in 2024 to have more options for different diets.

very clean, nice view, nice Gym, few pools, food was good, free parking. as a family we enjoyed it

our room was not ready first night, missing bad. it took 1h at midnight to decide and provide suite for the night. day after, still room was not ready until 16:00 hotel was very busy therefore get attention was hard the first days
