Fantastic hotel with awesome and very helpful stuff. I have arrived early and before check in time got free access to CIMER SPA as it was in my package. Evening check in surprise was a room upgrade. Nice spacious room with all complementary mini bar. Comfortable settings, nice view, stylish bathroom with nice tub and very comfortable bed made my stay perfect. Adding huge free shuttle bus to the airport with nice driver who takes in and out your luggage. From now on Paradise City in Incheon is my favorite hotel in S.Korea

This is a fantastic art hotel. We were amazed by the beautifull modern art that is around the hotel and specifically the art exhibition in the annex building. Also the other buildings on the compound, like to in-door swimming pool and the nigh club are beautifull to see (from the outside). Great facilities and good choices of restaurants.

If you arrive early after a long (international) flight, dont expect that you can check in 1 minute earlier than the official check in time. The system is too rigid.

The hotel is in one word beautiful and luxurious. Specifically the art exhibitions (at the time of our stay Keith Herring and Banksy) was impressive and unexpected. We enjoyed this very much, as well as the dinner in the Japanese restaurant Raku, though expensive. The pools are clean and nice, but also crowded with familiies with small children.

An absolute negative experience was our arrival. We arrived at 1 PM and at the door and at the lobby we were reminded that check-in was at 3PM! At the check-in counter again we were reminded that check-in was 3 PM and that for the extra 2 hours we had to pay almost 2 million Won !!! The lady obviously made a calculation error, but this bad service and strict idiotic policy I would not expect from this 5star hotel and price. We deciced to wait 2 hours at the pool, but that was also against all rules, which made us real mad. In the end some good things happend. The concierge gave us some nice chocolates.

A bit too far from Seoul city. Nothing much around except for another few hotels. No stores for shopping. Went to Inspire to shop.

There are not many fashion, gift or skincare stores. I extended my room by an extra night when I checked in, but my key was not extended, so found myself locked out & needed to go to check-in desk in my dressing robe as I was at the pool. I was not happy nor impressed to visit the lobby in a dressing robe.

It's a great facility—really beautiful—and the staff is courteous and helpful. My room is an excellent size and very clean. There are lots of USB charging plugs to use. A very nice place close to ICN.

It is hard to travel here with tattoos and be able to swim in the pools. Otherwise, this is a great location. There are many things to do if you have kids. I only stayed one night so not much else to say.

The efficiency, relaxation and fun. It had something for everyone. It truly felt like paradise and if it got busy or loud in one area then you could go somewhere else and still have so much fun!

It was so big that it was hard to find where things were. Once I got the hang of it then it was good, but I suggest for those who are only staying one night like me to look at a map before coming.

Beautiful property with outstanding amenities and convenient free shuttle to airport. Perfect place for exploring before we headed home after our family Seoul vacation.

Everything was outstanding - food, service, and atmosphere/activities.

The place is full of facilities that can be used even without staying at the hotel. There is access to the gym and pool once a day for free if you stay at the hotel. There are many restaurants in many styles, very tasty. There are restaurants for which you need to register in advance. The room itself is clean with a nice view and lots of things. The outdoor pool has pleasant water and there is also a jacuzzi and a very warm pool. We did not enter the indoor pool. The staff is very very nice and helps with everything, there is no problem to leave your bags after check-out and go eat at the restaurants in the Plaza area. The casino is very worth it, it was an outstanding experience even if you don't play, but you must join a club member it's free and you get gifts. I think compared to the price of the place itself it's worth it but as a one time experience...

We didn't go for breakfast it sounds too expensive for us. The pool is full of children but if you come after 17:00 it is relatively empty of people.

The location was awesome. I loved the art and wish I could have spent longer there. It would have been nice to have more than one day to take advantage of all there was to offer. The food at the buffet was too expensive for the amount I would eat so I prefer the convenience store. The breakfast I had with the menu was fantastic. It was delicious and plentiful. Having the airport shuttle was very helpful.

The room itself needed updated with new carpet (it was stained) and maybe a new coat of paint. For the cost of the room I expected more of the room appearance. All amenities were there and very nice. The bed was quite clean and comfortable with crisp, white sheets/duvet. The room was quiet. I would still stay there again even though the value wasn't exactly as expected.

We only stayed one night as a stop over before our flight, but everything we saw and used were faultless. Staff extremely helpful and friendly, incredibly comfy beds, wonderful shower, exceptional food choices for dinner. The outdoor pool was fabulous after a long 2 weeks of exploring Seoul! The breakfast had every food you could imagine - we were gutted we had a rush it in order to get to the airport on time! The bus service to the airport is invaluable and made things much easier.

I wish I had booked even just one extra night so that we had had enough time to explore everything!
