This is a good hotel. The room is nice and clean. The hotel is next to a very nice street with plenty of all kinds od restaurants, for all the tastes. I had a lunch that was really great, the choice was amazing, from different types of fish to sushi to meat and barbecue, salad, fruit, coffee, cakes, etc., very memorable, one of the best lunches I have ever had worldwide in a hotel.

The rooftop pool on the 19th floor is mainly for young couples who want to take photos. The deepest water is just at the belly button level (a little higher for a person of average height), you have to wear some kind of swimming cap, diving is not allowed. Next to the pool there is also a simple sauna but no shower, so you have to go to your room to shower with a sweaty body. But no worries, if you book this hotel over the Booking.com, in any case there is no possibility to book the pool included, only that you learn this after your arrivel at the reception of the hotel. Meanwhile Booking.com advertises this hotel as if it has a pool on the top (but they keep silent that they just sell you the advertisement, but not the right to use the pool).

Great location, very close to the beach and haeundae market street. Just a short walk to haeundae train station. Note: if you are after the popular restaurants and cafes however, would recommend staying at the other end of haeundae beach (around Mipo) as they are all concentrated there. Room was clean, sleek, and very spacious, bed was very comfortable. Rooftop pool had a nice view of the beach, we went in the morning but it would be better in the evening. There is a heated spa, and if you plan to swim in the adjacent pool then a swimming cap is needed. There are English speaking staff at reception. Just to be aware, Apple Pay is not accepted, a physical card is required for payment. Overall great experience staying here, would recommend

Reception staff were overall very friendly! But just had one encounter where a staff member was snappy which wasn’t very pleasant.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooftop pool was amazing and the views were unbeatable! We were there early March and the pool was warm enough to enjoy in the cold weather. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was ready for us even when we arrived a little early. The room was huge, well equipped, and made up nicely each day. We can't wait to return to Busan and we'd definitely stay at the L7 Haeundae again :)

Can't think of any negatives, our stay was perfect!

The location is very near the ocean, eating district and other tourist attractions. The building is very new so the room, shower, facilities are clean, well managed, and comfortable The currency exchange machine and a convenient store (Seven Eleven) are in the building. Overall, it was an excellent experience. My daughter in early 20's loved its modern facilities.

We splurged and went for a upgraded room with Ocean View - we worth it as we were able to see the illuminations at night and watch the sunrise over the beach in the morning. We booked 2 rooms for 4 people. Room had enough space for the family to sit together and plan out our days activities.

Nothing that caused any problems .

Well cleaned rooms, toiletries smelt wonderful but the main stars were the people. Front service was so friendly and was able to answer all our questions such as mailing postcards overseas etc. We had an issue with the window blinds and they sent in not 1 person but a team of 3 friendly but efficient engineers to check and fix the issue. House keeping was really friendly everytime and we even got a notification after we had checked out that we had left some stuff behind and that they would hold it for us for 3mths before disposal. This level of checks and service went beyond our expectations. Thank you so much L7!

The bathroom could do with an extra hook for hanging clothes or towels.

The location was perfect. I had a view of the beach from my room. It is a block away from the main strip, so there is always something to do. And it's across the street from the beach. So that was definitely a perk. The room was clean and very spacious. I like the way it was set up.

Weird, but the automatic toilet shoots out water every time it flushes. There was no way to control it. I wish that it wasn't automatic. Also, there is a space underneath the door, so I could hear everything in the hallway. My room was near the elevator, so I could also hear people coming in pretty late. I wish there wasn't such a large door gap. I think that would have mitigated the noise.

Our rooms (we had two) were clean and comfortable. They were a little small, but well designed and had everything we needed. We didn't have a particularly nice view, but the location was great, a few steps from the main entrance to Haeundae Beach and easy access to the main pedestrian street and the market. It was also a short walk to the subway. Many restaurants are nearby, although we also enjoyed wandering further away to some fun places. There's a convenience store and bakery/cafe at the entrance. We didn't try the onsite restaurant. Check in was easy, staff were helpful. Occasionally we had to wait a bit for the elevator, but never too long. We'd happily stay here again.

Rooms were a little small.

One of the best hotels l’ve ever stayed to, everything is just perfect: -convenient location: 3-minutes walk to Haeundae beach, Busan Aquarium and Haeundae market; convenience store on the ground floor, lots of restaurants and cafes around. 7-minute walk to the subway station (green line) - the room was very clean and freshly renovated, soundproof was wonderful - the staff is super friendly, we got a free upgrade to a higher floor, and they gave us complimentary refreshments on check-in

Automatic light near the entrance door, impossible to go to the toilet or out of the room at night without waking your roommate
