Nice hotel in quote good location with nearby metro, convenience stores and restaurants. Not in Seoul center but excellent transport connections. Engaged staff, though we had language barrier issues on last day (phone translator helped). Nice rooms with large windows. No desk in room, but excellent coworking space downstairs. Decent gym available for guests. Great option for those who don't mind staying outside city center.

"Room with view" on Booking was misleading - just overlooked a large hospital across the street. Higher floors or other side of building might deserve that label, but my room didn't.

I was a solo traveler. I loved the access to breakfast in the hotel. The view was amazing, and so was the food selection. There was Western style and Asian style food available. The bar and restaurant during regular hours plus room service was a wonderful option to going out. I loved the self-laundry option. Sometimes I don't want to pay to have my laundry done, I can do it myself. The hotel made it easy to choose this option by offering to change bills into coins etc. The coffee shop was superb. The little gift shop was a super addition, too. I loved everything about the eclectic feel of the hotel. The eco-friendly options were a nice addition. I was very impressed! The proximity to the subway was great especially coming home late at night!

As a foreign tourist, I was a little far from the city's main attractions. However, I found it easy to get on the subway,, which was close by.

Like : Location is super convenient, it’s near to underground, airport bus, express bus station. It’s all here !!! Modern decor with a sense of art and design, reminds me of Ace Hotel, Drake. It’s very very value for money. There is frankly nothing to complain about the place. I was preparing myself for bad experience because of the many poor reviews, frankly they were all kind of an inaccurate description of the place. Dislike : Very small thing really. Some days the cleaner don’t fold the bath rope, kind of weird. It just that one thing. Also suggest to provide a place to refill water instead of giving bottled water.

The room I booked was spacious for me and my friend. Everything is nice and clean. The bed was so comfy. The hotel location is what I really impressed as I can use public transfer by airport bus, train with less of walking. You can also visit Gangnam shopping area by walking distance, 10mins by train to the COEX mall. Recommend for those who has a super tight schedule and need to visit many places. If i have a chance to visit Korea, I'll stay here again for sure.

The water pressure of bidet system didn't work well, already tried every buttons but still not getting better. But as I stayed only one night, it's not a big deal for me.

The room was very trendy and modern. Great shower and Bidet. Comfy huge bed. View was nice from rooftop bar. Coffee and Food on the ground level. There was a gym and laundry facitlities. Close to Eonju Station. Coffee shops, convenience stores and Airport Limousine bus across the road. They let us store our luggage as we arrived before check in, and after checkout we had the afternoon before our flight.

It rained so we couldn't enjoy the balcony on the roof top bar. We arrived at 2pm and the casual dining closed.

Lovely lobby and downstairs cafe, beautiful upstairs breakfast restaurant, comfy bed, electronic blind system, soy milk and vegan options in the breakfast buffet and the cafe downstairs which was appreciated.

Breakfast was great but the same thing every day, a little bit of variety would be nice! The TV was hard to navigate. Some cutlery in the room would be nice for my shuttle orders. Room is small but perfect for one person.

Staffs were really helpful and spoke good English. The room has a good-sized TV.

Sadly there is no aircon option during my visit in February. It is turned off during the winter season. I wish I could have the option just to turn on fan mode etc to let air circulate. it feels a bit stuffy after a while. I think the whole design is supposed to be an industrial look. everything is quite grey in the room. I wish the room is a bit of a warmer tone and felt more cozy.

The inroom service food is delicious! We got both of the Ramen options and we love it. Hotel is on the quiter side of Gangnam but all the liveliness are just 10 mins walk away. The location is very near to the subway station which makes travelling easy.

the room is quite small but it is comfortable, need a bit of planning to ensure things fit within the room. not a fan of the transparent showerwall though.

such an amazing stay! the rooms were so clean, the amenities were just enough and not too much. Plus point is that the hotel is a walking distance to the train station (eonju) and the airport bus stops right across the street (at hotel samjung). they gave me vouchers to use at the restaurant but make sure to use it during your stay and not after. they keep your luggage well before and after the stay and i love to sit at the work station at level 1 because it is very cozy! Overall, really good and i highly recommend this hotel!

all are good! nothing is bad about the hotel but just note that there isn't any spoons in the hotel to mix your coffee or drinks, but no worries, there is cups for that. so if you are staying here and you need a spoon, they don't have it, so you might want to bring one on your own or buy one. everything else is GOOD!

This hotel was extremely nice to stay in, the interior design the facilities, the cafe everything was great.

Tv options, like most hotels has no english channels, or no Netflix. Your only availability is korean TV. Not that you go to holidays to watch Tv, but sometimes my husband and I like to watch a movie after dinner before bed and this wasn’t an option for us. Some rooms are pretty small too but it’s good value for money, beds are comfortable and you spend most your day exploring anyway so this didn’t matter too much.
