Booking.com said we could check in early without extra charge, one of the reasons we booked this hotel. When we arrived, the male manager in charge refused saying rudely “I am here now saying no!” What kind of service is that!!!!

Comfy place, tasty filter coffee in a suite, pyjamas, good city view, suite size is quite big.

Very poor breakfasts.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good shower pressure. Close to subway station

I like the followings: 1) Convenience - One of the subway exit is just infront of the hotel. And there is a lift to the subway station 2) Convenience store - there are 2 convenience stores near the hotel. less than1 minute's walk. starbuck also nearby. 3) Eatery & shopping - Numerous eateries and some shopping near the hotel. 5-10min walk. 4) Room 1402-Standing shower with enclosure. Water doesn't leak out unlike in some hotel. Strong shower. 5) Room 1402-Nice view. 6) Airport Bus Limousine-the bus stop is just outside the hotel. 7) there is a jimjibang nearby-Sparex 8) Isaac Toast-Nice korean toast. nearby.

There are cups in the room but there are no teaspoons.

Hotel is in a great location! Airport limousine bus stop (6702) and DDM station exit 4 elevator are both at the hotel’s doorstep - really couldn’t ask for more. If you are participating in any of the klook one day tour packages, one of their main coach pick-up point is also literally right next to this hotel so it is really convenient, especially if the pick up time is very early. Hotel room is big and clean and shower works great. There’s also two convenience store nearby and opposite is Starbucks for daily coffee fix.

More of a goodwill thing but would be great if the hotel can be more generous about early check-in, especially if the room is ready - paid for an extra hour stay as I really wanted to check in one hour early after a long flight.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location was exceptional, with the convenience of a train station entrance right in front of the hotel via lift (Exit 4). The proximity to many malls added to the overall appeal. The room itself was delightful, offering a truly enjoyable and comfortable experience.

While everything else about the hotel was perfect, the limited availability of only two lifts occasionally led to slower service, impacting the overall experience.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. Everything was fine. Checking in and out was easy and fast. The bed was comfortable, the whole hotel is clean. The staff is nice. There is a washing machine and dryer (you can pay by card or cash) Metro lines 2,4,5 are easily accessible from the hotel (you can take an elevator out of the hotel to the metro lines), a limousine bus stops in front of the hotel. The journey from the airport to the hotel and back took 2 hours (depending on traffic). There are plenty of convenience stores, cafes, and bakeries nearby, and the newly built (?) Dundun shopping center is also accessible underground (you just have to go out to the elevator, which is in front of the hotel) - very practical in case of heavy rain.

This year, our room overlooked a construction site and we woke up at 7am every morning to find that they had already started work.

View from upper floor. Pretty quiet and clean. American movies were on some of the tv channels. Staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions and calling taxis for us. Super easy access to subways and buses. Covenience store next door. Lots of places to eat and shop within two blocks. Limosine bus to airport in front of hotel but takes up to two hours to get there.

No microwave in room. No clock in room. No ice machine except on one lower floor. AC being turned off or down during heat of the day. Curtains should be closed by maid after cleaning room to block sun. TV stations plentiful but no subtitles in english.

The location right outside the Metro station exit 4, where the lift opened in front of the hotel, and a 24-hr convenience store next to the hotel, very convenient. However it was so quiet nothing to lookaround the hotel in the daytime. The room function was perfect and comfortable. Breakfast was good but all the same menu every day no changing for 2+1 day we ‘ve stayed. The hotel provided luggage storage lockers for 24-hr. We stored the luggages at the hotel while we traveled to seoraksan and came back 2 days later for another booking. The staff took good care.

Front office system was not so complete as we have to repeat and repeat again everything we have already noted to them.

Wonderful location - The hotel is located right by Exit 4 (elevator) and 9 (stairs) of the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park subway station, which is connected to several other main subway lines that will bring you to the main touristic attractions easily. The Airport Limousine stop is also right in front of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious enough for me to lay out two suitcases at once. I also made good use of the laundry room and fitness room throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel as a solo female traveller.

Just nitpicking but the walls are on the thinner side and there were a few instances where I was jolted awake when my neighbours returned late at night and slammed their room door shut.
