Its clean.,nice furniture.

At thr pool must come more beach umbrellas.

Almost new hotel, not too busy, neither noisy. Great room, cosy and neat. Good bed and great bathroom and shower, well use of light. Decent breakfast buffet, fantastic pool with poolbar. Nice and helpfull staff.

Coffee included with the buffet was filtercoffee, not my taste. Espresso not included, understandable but then if you charge i would like to recommend to serve a good one. Thats really the only remark i had!

We originally booked an Airbnb. However, when we arrived, it was a mess! We quickly did an online search for a hotel and chose Courtyard Marriott. They were wonderful, very accomodating and allowing us to check in early after a very stressful Airbnb experience. The breakfasts were very nice and all the staff was so friendly and warm.

Nothing. We loved it all. The only issue was parking. When the casino was open, we had trouble finding a spot.

Staff were very friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Cocktails in the bar were nice.

Eggs at breakfast were over cooked and tasted like a powdered eggs rather than real eggs. Since they don't have an egg station for breakfast, they should include freshly made eggs as part of breakfast rather than charging extra.

We were relocated because of a leakage and got us a room with a superview. The staff at the lobby was very friendly and serviceminded. We received good info. and were treated with a big smile on the face of both a male and female staff. You guys got a very nice pool and the jacuzzi was on point.

There was no negative things for me to mention.

It is a 3⭐️ and it was new so top of the rating. Great pool. An easy walk to shops restauants cafes and all Willemstad has to offer.

Not the hotels fault but 2/3 times a week a steel band plays very loadly until 10.30pm. If you want a beach holiday this is not the hotel for you.

Comfortable room. Most staff were helpful.

Very limited room service. Room had disappointing view. Breakfast staff member argued with me about included breakfast. I was right, it was. I was still billed for it and had to take time after I came home to get a refund.

Very clean and the staff accommodated my stay in every way necessary.

I had a payment experience through Expedia which didn’t go so well. But the staff at courtyard Marriot helped me get situated

The facilities were great. The room was very comfortable, clean, modern and tastefully furnished. Great location with free parking.

The process and wait to check in and check out was way too long. On both occasions, a queue built up because of how long it was taking to serve each person. It didn't help that there was only one person attending to this.

Location was great for exploring the town and seeing the swinging bridge.

There were guests smoking by the pool but that is not the hotels fault. Just strange people.
