The entire experience felt exclusive and luxurious. Staff were extremely accommodating and timely with all requests. The hotel app worked great. As guests of the Rif we had access to both The Rif and Mangrove Facilities although Mangrove guests did not have this access. There is a wide array of food for all diets and tastes.Vegan options are delicious and well thought out (not just shredded lettuce and cucumber haha). Food and drinks were available 24hrs via room service or at their multiple venues.

The Rif was advertised as Adults Only. That is not the case. There's no issue if its a family friendly location and I would still definitely return, however, it is worth noting for persons who do not want to be in that environment on their vacation.

Property was nice and the staff was friendly. Food options were good and the drinks were amazing.

There was a smell on the resort by the front and my room that I didn't like and wasn't sure where it was coming from or what was causing it.

I believe more entertainment options and additional staff are needed in this area. It also seems that some staff members aren't treating guests kindly.

The accommodation was perfect. The possibility to switch between to 2 Hotels was very convenience. We could've spend a relaxed day at The Rif but also enjoy the facilities of Mangrove.

In comparison with the Sister Hotel, the Rif has a more lay back and quiet vibe. (What we were looking for) Love that we could use both facilities. The service was pleasant. From the checking in to the bartenders. We had a good and relaxing time.

On the second day of our stay, we've been informed that the electricity in the rooms will be off from 9 am due to maintenance issues. Didn't expect it to last more than five hours. This was the only uncomfortable situation.

I was thoroughly impressed by the contemporary design of the hotel and room and the fact that it was fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It was indeed an all-inclusive experience. Everything you could possibly think about, the resort had it available for your comfort and convenience. My room was also very clean. I would say that the staff is doing a good job to maintain cleanliness throughout the resort. I also appreciated the fact that even though you are staying at the Rif, you also have access to the adjoining Corendon property to indulge in their facilities and activities. It's ideal because the Rif is the quieter side whilst Corendon is more active; so it was like having the best of both worlds depending on your mood. The Stay-App was also very efficient for making requests for room service and room cleaning, etc. However, making reservations on the app for the restaurants was a bit challenging. Making the reservations in-person worked out more effectively me. The food was really good at the Buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from. There was good flavour in the food and the use of quality ingredients in all food options available. My favorite overall restaurant was Cor & Don's BBQ Restaurant, especially at sunset. The ambiance and the food was top tier there! The staff was also very friendly at the restaurants and the bars. My favourite overall bar was Sunset Beach Bar, with the bartender, Carlos, making some of the best cocktails on the resort. I also really liked the freshly brewed teas at the Mondi Café. I visited there every day to get my fresh lemon and mint brew on mornings. Overall, I would say this resort truly met my expectations.

The beauty of this hotel and it's location the swim up room and food and drinks available all day all night and the coffee Cafe. There is so much about this hotel that I liked ❤️ Will defenetly return for a family vacation and make use of the Waterpark and all the many places and activities this hotel offers ❤️

Room service app did not work. Placed a dinner and breakfast order on the app that never came. Room did have enough place to hang your towel/robe in the bathroom and room. The closet in the room could be larger, to small for 2 person's, there is enough room for a larger Closet. Bathroom counter to small Mirror in the hallway turned out to be the best makeup spot, It would have been nice to have some sort of countertop there to place makeup Or lower the shelf on that wall, it's to high to place anything for a guest Did not like the look of the parking lot outside swimup room.

Food options were very good. There is a water park and activities every day in the Mangrove hotel to keep us entertained . There were several isolated nooks that we could have used just to relax away from the crowd. There were ample restaurants and parking not to mention the hotel location was great. Temu at the front desk was very helpful.

The problem we experienced was the fire alarm kept going off. The staff needed to communicate to the guests because it caused anxieties and frustration . Since we didn't know if it was a real fire we had to go outside each time.Then the power in the hotel went off a couple of times. The hotel was bit short staff when we checked in.

The buffet was VERY good and varied. All the restaurants are worth a visit. The staff is 9/10 times very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to Willemstad and the some of the main sightseens. We recommend the kayak tour of the Mangrove Park, there is an entrance from within the Hotel.

There should be a free shuttle to and from the airport.

The room was great. Clean and everything was functional. The pools, the food and drinks was good.

Most of the staff isn't friendly. They don't even say a greeting. And the restaurant reservation system kept us from enjoying some because of a short stay of 3 nights.
