The friendly staff and the breakfast

It wasn't as clean, as I expected. Also, I saw some cockroaches inside the hotel.

Good Value for the $, Room was clean, bed was comfy, room was large enough, short cab ride to cruise port. Evening staff was very friendly. If you want fancy this is not your place. If you want clean, comfy, economical, this is a good place to rest your head, and have a clean bathroom.

Noisy, (husband is hearing impaired so this was ok, I wore ear plugs at night), No washcloths, hot water was excellent except it was alternating between hot and cold entire shower no matter how you adjust, but adequate shower. No ice, no luggage carts. No concierge, but front desk was helpful. If you want fancy this is not your place. If you want clean comfy economical, this is a good place to rest for head. and have a clean bathroom.

Great location as we were leaving on a cruise ship. The staff we had contact with were all extremely helpful. Restaurant was good we enjoyed our meal and drinks during the day. If you cross the road and go up side street 100 metres there is a street full of tapas bars full of locals to find something interesting for dinner.

Yes it was noisy at night from the street noise. Night clubs etc and we were on level 1 so very close. Also pillows on bed could be better. But this may be a Spanish thing as we found it at other hotels on our travels. But if we were to cruise again from Barcelona we would probably still stay here.

I like the city of Barcelona but in some areas it was not safe even on day time. We encountered attempted robbery more than once walking in the street and in the train. that was not a good experience to our group. We have to think twice to travel to Barcelona again.

Our room was toward the street and it was noisy, loud and very difficult to fall asleep. the night before we checked out the elevator was not working and the next day we have to carry our luggage on the stairs and no help was offered from the desk.

This was a good location. Walking from the train station took no time and there is a metro station at the end of the block if you prefer or a taxi stop out front. It was close to the water, Las Ramblas and other sights. Within the block are the Apollo and Victoria theatre and Paral-lel 62. Good buffet breakfast. The windows were thick and kept the street noise low. I was a little cold with the light bedding but the room and lines were all clean. All the staff here were friendly and welcoming.

The hallway noise got a little loud, but in a narrow space-it happens.

1. Breakfast can be served 2. A perfect location. Right in front of the metro station. From the airport you can reach the subway in 50 minutes, and you can reach the Sagrada in 8-10 minutes, and the Montjuic cable car in 5 minutes. A 15-minute walk takes you to the famous RAMBLA and LA BOUQUERIA The bed is comfortable

Location was okay, not too far from attractions. Nice balcony on a high floor overlooking the street. Decent sized room. Reception staff were great - friendly & helpful. Reasonable buffet choice at breakfast - staff here work extremely hard.

Balcony seats need cleaning or replacing - old bird droppings not pleasant to sit on so we had a balcony but couldn’t use it. Very noisy in the early hours from people coming out of nightclubs, keeping us awake. Tea, coffee, etc. not replenished after the first night’s stay

Could not fault the room the location was perfect to get to the Cruise Terminal

The breakfast was very good. Everything was included for $12. You could refill your tea if you wanted to or your coffee. You couldn’t get that if you walked out on the streets and looked for a restaurant we were very satisfied with it. The location was fine.

I really have no complaints. I was very happy with the price the location. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They had patience and answered all my questions and helped me every way I asked for help.
